Abstract: This disclosure discloses image sensors, signal processing methods, and related devices for image processing. An example image sensor comprises an optical filter array. The optical filter array is a hyper spectral or multispectral optical filter array and comprises m optical filters and an optical-to-electrical conversion module. The optical-to-electrical conversion module comprises an optical-to-electrical conversion unit and a combining unit. The m optical filters are configured to obtain optical signals of a target object in at least two different spectral bands. The optical-to-electrical conversion unit is configured to convert the optical signals obtained by the m optical filters into electrical signals. The combining unit is configured to combine the electrical signals corresponding to the m optical filters to obtain a combined electrical signal. The optical-to-electrical conversion module is configured to output the combined electrical signal, which is used to generate an image of the target object.

Abstract: A sleep-aiding audio signal updating method and apparatus in the artificial intelligence (AI) field is provided. The method includes: obtaining a first biological signal collected when a first audio signal in a sleep-aiding audio library is played, where the first biological signal is a biological signal of a first user; determining a sleep quality of the first user based on the first biological signal; and updating the sleep-aiding audio library based on the sleep quality of the first user, so that a sleep-aiding audio signal can be updated, to provide a proper sleep-aiding audio signal for a user, and ensure a sleep-aiding effect.

Abstract: A pixel structure and an image sensor are provided, to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency under a weak light condition and resolve a problem that an image generated in weak light is dim. The pixel structure includes a metallic ground plane, and a substrate unit cell located on the metallic ground plane. The pixel structure further includes a nano antenna unit that is located on the substrate unit cell and that includes one or more nano antennas, each of the one or more nano antennas corresponding to one optical band and including M parts A nano gap is formed between the M parts, a metal-insulator-metal diode is formed at the nano gap, and M is a multiple of 2. The pixel structure further includes a packaging unit that covers the nano antenna unit. The image sensor includes a plurality of pixel structures.

Abstract: A gateway data transmission method, device and system are provided, which relate to the field of communication, and involve solving data congestion in a dual mode gateway caused by occupation of resources of the dual mode gateway in existing gateway data transmission technology. The method provided in the present disclosure includes: when service data from a cellular network side needs to be transmitted to a capillary vessel network device via a dual mode gateway, it is determined if the dual mode gateway is congested; if it is congested, a delay transmission message is transmitted to a data transmission main body at the cellular network side, the delay transmission message includes a reaccess time evaluated for service data by the dual mode gateway, the data transmission main body delays the transmission of the service data. The present disclosure can be applied in communication between all sorts of different networks.
