The second time domain resource configuration information indicates second time domain resources of a link between the at least one second node and the at least one third node.

Abstract: This application provides a communication method, a network device, and a relay device. A first network device determines a first resource, where the first resource includes a resource used by a second network device to send a first signal to a second relay device, or the first resource includes a resource configured by the second network device for a first signal with zero power. The first network device sends first configuration information to a first relay device, where the first configuration information is used by the first relay device to determine a second resource for sending a second signal, and the second resource is a part or all of the first resource. According to embodiments of this application, relay devices can discover each other, thereby improving signal transmission efficiency.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an uplink access method, a base station, and user equipment. The method includes: sending, by a base station, N signals and N pieces of physical random access channel PRACH resource indication information, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; and receiving, by the base station, a random access preamble sequence of the user equipment on PRACH resources indicated by the N pieces of PRACH resource indication information. Based on the foregoing solution, a quantity of random access preamble sequences sent by the user equipment is reduced, and uplink access complexity is reduced.
