    Abstract: A method for measuring channel state information (CSI), a network-side device, and a user equipment (UE). The method includes determining, by a network-side device, configuration information, where the configuration information is used to configure UE to perform CSI measurement on different subframe sets on a flexible frequency band or sub-bands of the flexible frequency band, the subframe sets are determined by the network-side device based on uplink-downlink configurations of subframes on the flexible frequency band or the sub-bands of the flexible frequency band in a target cell and at least one neighboring cell of the target cell, and the flexible frequency band is a frequency band on which a transmission direction is configurable, and sending, by the network-side device, the configuration information to the UE to perform the CSI measurement based on the configuration information.

    Abstract: Example handover methods and devices in an ultra-dense network are disclosed. One example method includes the following operations. A source base station sends a first message to a target base station, where the first message carries an arrival time indication of a terminal, and the arrival time indication is used to indicate a time at which or a time range in which the terminal is to access the target base station. The source base station receives a second message fed back by the target base station, where the second message carries a granted resource that is allocated for the arrival time indication of the terminal. The source base station adds the granted resource to a command message, and sends the command message to the terminal.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an interference coordination method and a base station. The method includes: allocating, by a base station, a first almost blank subframe to one or more first base stations that are interfered with by the base station; sending, by the base station, a first message to one or more second base stations that interfere with the base station, where the first message includes information used to indicate the first almost blank subframe; and obtaining, by the base station, a second almost blank subframe that is allocated by the one or more second base stations to the base station, where the second almost blank subframe is different from the first almost blank subframe. Therefore, a resource collision problem in interference coordination can be eliminated, and resource utilization can be improved.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a resource scheduling method and an apparatus, and is applied to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal UE, a first time division duplex TDD configuration and a second time division duplex TDD configuration; determining the first TDD configuration or the second TDD configuration as a target TDD configuration corresponding to the UE; dividing, based on the target TDD configuration, subframes corresponding to the UE into a first subframe subset, a second subframe subset, and a third subframe subset; and performing channel quality state measurement based on the first subframe subset, the second subframe subset, and the third subframe subset, and reporting a measurement result of the channel quality state measurement to an eNB, so that the eNB schedules a subframe resource according to the measurement result. By using the method provided in the present invention, a problem that resource utilization is limited and a resource waste is caused in a spectral efficiency improvement manner provided in the prior art is resolved.

    Abstract: A method includes obtaining, by user equipment from a base station, first information and second information that are sent by the base station and about a micro base station, wherein the first information is used to indicate the micro base station, and the second information is used to indicate a random access resource allocated by the base station to the micro base station.
