Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus and a system for processing charging information, wherein the method includes: a mobility management device acquires a PLMN identifier corresponding to a network name displayed by a user equipment; transmits the PLMN identifier corresponding to the network name displayed by the user equipment to a call detail record information generating device, so that user call detail record information generated by the call detail record information generating device includes the PLMN identifier corresponding to the network name displayed by the user equipment; therefore, a charging device can charge the user according to the network name displayed by the UE included in the user call detail record information generated by the call detail record information generating device, thereby ensuring accuracy of the charging the user, and enhancing user experience.

The present invention relates to the communications field, and in particular, to a method for providing network information for a terminal, and a notification server. The method includes: receiving, by a notification server, a query request that is sent by a terminal currently located in a first network and is used for querying network information of a second network; obtaining, by the notification server, the network information of the second network from a first network device through an interface connected to the first network device; and sending, by the notification server, the obtained information of the second network to the terminal. The present invention has simple implementation and strong real-time performance.
Abstract:
A communication method and an apparatus are provided, so that a terminal device can flexibly perform a handover procedure in a multicast service scenario. The method includes: sending, by a source access device, a first message to an access controller, where the first message is used to request to hand over a terminal device to a target access device, and the first message includes a multicast service context of the terminal device; and receiving, by the source access device, a fifth message from the access controller, wherein the fifth message is used to respond to the message used to request to hand over the terminal device to the target access device, and the fifth message comprises indication information indicating whether to forward multicast service data.
Abstract:
This application provides a method for identifying a terminal device and a communications apparatus. A core network element obtains classification information for classifying a terminal device, and then determines, based on the classification information and a parameter of a first terminal device, a type of the first terminal device, to identify the first terminal device. In this process, the core network element identifies the first terminal device in a supervision area by using the classification information and the parameter of the first terminal device, to identify a terminal device that is not registered in a supervision system, thereby improving security of the terminal device.

Example subscription information configuration methods and a communications device are described. One example method includes receiving a first device identifier by a network device from a first terminal device in a first access mode and receiving a second device identifier from a second terminal device in a second access mode. The network device determines whether the first device identifier matches the second device identifier to identify legality of the first terminal device. If the first device identifier matches the second device identifier, it indicates that the first terminal device is a legal terminal device. The network device sends subscription information of the first terminal device to the first terminal device in the first access mode, so that the first terminal device successfully accesses a network by using the subscription information.

A configuration serving network element may configure information about the configuration serving network element for a fifth generation (5G) network architecture. A terminal device may obtain the information about the configuration serving network element from the 5G network architecture. The information about the configuration serving network element includes address information of the configuration serving network element. Therefore, the terminal device can establish a connection to the configuration serving network element based on the address information of the configuration serving network element, so that the configuration serving network element can automatically configure the terminal device by using the 5G network architecture.

A method for accessing a serving network includes: obtaining, by a user plane network element, an access message, where the access message is for a terminal accessing a serving network, and where the access message includes authentication information of the terminal in the serving network; and sending, by the user plane network element, the access message to the serving network. The method for accessing serving network and the communications apparatus that are provided in the embodiments of this application enable a terminal to access a serving network using an access network, and expand a usage scenario of the serving network.

A method and device for managing an application program are provided. The method includes: obtaining, by a first edge computing platform, an application program component of the first edge computing platform and an application program component of a second edge computing platform, where the application program component of the first edge computing platform and the application program component of the second edge computing platform are application program components in a global application program; and sending the application program component of the second edge computing platform to the second edge computing platform. The second edge computing platform installs the application program component of the second edge computing platform, thereby implementing a deployment of application programs between all levels of edge computing platforms.

An example method includes: receiving, by a multicast function network element, multicast data from a multicast source and that includes a multicast address; obtaining, by the multicast function network element based on a preset correspondence, terminal information or connection information that corresponds to the multicast address; and sending, by the multicast function network element, the multicast data to a terminal.

In this application, the terminal device first obtains the first information. The first information includes the processing manner of the application data packet in the fourth mode. Therefore, the terminal device knows how to process the data packet in the fourth mode, and further processes the terminal device in the determined processing manner.
