    Abstract: This application discloses a network handover method and a network device, to resolve a problem that a terminal device cannot perform an IMS voice service. The method includes: receiving, by a first access network device, first session management information from a session management network element, where the first session management information is for requesting to set up a user plane tunnel for a voice service of a terminal device; and sending, by the first access network device, a handover request to a first mobility management network element based on the first session management information and a first condition, where the handover request is for handing over the terminal device from a first network to a second network, and the first condition includes that the voice service cannot be performed in the first network. This application is applicable to the field of communication technologies.

    Abstract: A network handover method is disclosed, where after UE in an LTE network requests circuit switched fallback CSFB, an MME instructs an eNB to move the UE from the LTE network to a 2G or 3G network, and requests an MSC to hand over the UE from the LTE network to a CS domain of the 2G or 3G network for the CSFB, so that the 2G or 3G network allocates a CS domain resource to the UE. After handing over to the CS domain, the UE may perform a CS domain call. By using embodiments of the present invention, an access delay is reduced when the UE accesses the CS domain of the 2G or 3G network, duration of an entire voice call is shortened, and user experience is improved.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a circuit switched fallback method, a network device, and a system. The method includes: determining, by the network device, that a serving cell handover process of UE is ended; determining, by the network device, that before the serving cell handover process of the UE is ended, it has been determined that the UE needs to be moved to a second network supporting a circuit switched service; and moving, by the network device, the UE to the second network. According to the foregoing method, when CSFB triggered by a CS service initiated by UE conflicts with a serving cell handover process of the UE, the CS service of the UE can continue to be performed after completing the serving cell handover process of the UE. In this way, a success rate of establishing the CS service is increased.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies and discloses a method for selecting an LTE network and a device, so as to ensure continuity of a PS service, avoid unnecessary inter-PLMN handover, and improve user experience.     Abstract: A method for voice call fallback to a circuit switched (CS) domain disclosed in the present invention includes: receiving a Service Request message from a calling user equipment (UE), where the Service Request message includes called number information of a voice call in a CS domain, instructing an evolved NodeB (eNB) to initiate circuit switched fallback (CSFB) handover; receiving a Handover Request message from the eNB, where the Handover Request message includes information required for CS handover, selecting a mobile switching center (MSC) and sending a packet switched (PS) to CS Handover Request message to the MSC, where the PS to CS Handover Request message carries information required for the CS handover and a called number so that the MSC calls a called UE. The corresponding apparatuses and systems are also disclosed. The technical solution of the present invention can reduce the connection delay.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a network handover method. After receiving a request message that requests circuit switched fallback (CSFB) and that is initiated by a UE located in an LTE network, an MME requests an MSC to hand over the UE from the LTE network to a CS domain of the 2G or 3G network; and after receiving a radio access bearer (RAB) sent by the MSC, the MME sends the RAB to the eNB, so that the RAB is sent by an eNB to the UE, where the RAB is a RAB whose domain identifier is a packet switched (PS) domain, or the RAB is a PS RAB. Therefore, the UE can be handed over to a PS domain of the 2G or 3G network in a manner of being handed over from the LTE network to the CS domain of the 2G or 3G network.
