摘要: A rotor of a rotating electric machine includes a cylindrical rotor core, a plurality of coil slots provided on an outer periphery of the rotor core along a rotor axis direction, rotor coils disposed in the coil slots by laminating a plurality of field conductors through an insulation material, a rotor wedge disposed at an opening end portion of the coil slot so as to support the rotor coil, a coil ventilation duct formed in the coil slot so as to pass through the rotor coils, the rotor wedge and the insulation material, and sub-slots provided at bottom portions of the coil slots so as to be communicated with rotor core ends and the coil ventilation ducts. In such a rotor of a rotating electric machine, the coil slot, the sub-slots and the coil ventilation duct constitute a cooling gas channel for distributing a cooling gas to thereby cool the rotor coils. A depth in a diameter direction of each sub-slot from the rotor coil end to a nearest coil ventilation duct is larger than a depth of the sub-slot at a portion near a center of the rotor core.

摘要: An A/D converted and inputted signal is stored in a memory. A sliding correlator sequentially reads the signal stored in the memory and despreads this signal. A despreading timing is adjusted and then the candidate for a despreading code is outputted from a code generation circuit. The despreading code outputted at a predetermined timing is used for obtaining a correlation value of signals outputted from the memory, using the sliding correlator. Thus, by storing signals in the memory, fluctuation of a correlation value caused by fading does not occur while specifying a code or detecting a despreading timing.

摘要: In an antenna positioning method for a communication device that performs communication using a plurality of antennas positioned on a straight line, the method has a first step of measuring radiation pattern characteristics of each antenna, a second step of detecting a direction in which fluctuation of the radiation pattern characteristics of each antenna is large, and a third step of positioning each antenna in the communication device so that the direction in which the characteristic fluctuation is large matches the straight line direction.

摘要: Disclosed is a spread-spectrum communication system that can increase an information transmission rate under conditions of a prescribed bandwidth and expansion ratio, and that can obtain chip timing and symbol timing synchronization characteristics comparable to those of a conventional spread-spectrum system. Using a delay element and a selector, a spreading code sequence for a Q-phase signal for quadrature modulation is phase-modulated with second information, whereas no phase modulation is applied to a spreading code sequence for an I-phase signal. At the receiving end, chip timing synchronization and code synchronization are performed for the I-phase signal.

摘要: A wire drawing apparatus (10) is used in a final drawing process to ensure adequate initial performance of adhesion between brass-plated steel wire and rubber without a drop in productivity. At least one of the die (14z) disposed in the most downstream position, the die (14y) disposed in the second most downstream position, and the die (14x) disposed in the third most downstream position is a drawing die having a friction coefficient μ of 0.12 to 0.41 with the brass-plated steel wire. The other dies (14) are drawing dies each having a friction coefficient μ of 0.1 or below. By using these drawing dies, brass-plated steel wire (13) is drawn, and a noncrystalline portion of high lattice defect density is formed on the surface of the crystalline portion of the brass-plating layer of the brass-plated steel wire (13).

摘要: According to an embodiment, radially extending inner spacers are provided in a stator core at a distance from each other in the circumferential direction at intervals between a prescribed number of stacked magnetic steel plates, and ventilation ducts for cooling gas flow are formed in the radial direction. The perimeter of each ventilation duct is defined by the inner spacers and a magnetic steel plate separated by the inner spacers. The cooling gas, which flows in the rotation direction, is split laterally to both sides of a rotor coil and directed toward the outer circumference. Portions of the shoulder parts of a wedge are cut off such that the width of the shoulder parts of the wedge at positions corresponding to the ventilation ducts matches the slot width.
