Abstract: The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle can enhance sealing performance and is resistant to noise and vibration, and prevent penetration of water into the interior of the vehicle by inducing water introduced into a seal into an air-conditioning case by a pressure difference. The air conditioner for a vehicle, which has a structure that a pipe of a heat exchanger penetrates through a dash panel (150) of the vehicle, includes: a bracket (140) for inserting and fixing the pipe; and a seal (160) for fixing the bracket (140) between an air-conditioning case and the seal to get in contact with the air-conditioning case.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioning device capable of improving sealing ability by doubly sealing a defrost vent of an air conditioning case, and increasing the amount of airflow discharged inside a vehicle while simultaneously preventing an increase in the amount of force needed to actuate a face door and, more particularly, to a vehicle air conditioning device comprising: a ball; the air conditioning case in which a floor vent is formed; a defrost door installed to be rotatable via rotation shafts respectively inside the air conditioning case, and opening and closing each of the vents; the face door; the defrost vent for discharging air entering through the floor door and an air inlet inside the air conditioning case; and a face vent (in the passage of which an evaporator and a heater core are installed in that order), wherein the vehicle air conditioning device is characterized in that the face door is configured to doubly seal the defrost vent.

Abstract: Disclosed is a blower unit of an air conditioner for a vehicle which is freely changed in design of an intake unit of a blower case, increases dust collection efficiency of an air filter, and improves continuity of filtration-to-area efficiency so as to increase an exchange cycle of the air filter. The blower unit includes a blower case having an inside air inlet for introducing inside air and an outside air inlet for introducing outside air, a blower wheel disposed inside the blower case and rotated by a blower motor, and an air filter disposed at the upstream side of the blower wheel in an air flow direction to filter impurities. The air filter includes: a main filter part corresponding to an air intake area; and auxiliary filter parts which are formed in the outside direction of the air intake area.
