摘要: A metal mesh, a touch display device, and a method for reducing moire pattern in a touch display device are provided. The metal mesh includes at least two first metal lines which are arranged in parallel and separated from one another, and at least two second metal lines which are arranged in parallel and separated from one another and intersect the at least two first metal lines. The first metal lines and the second metal lines have a width of 1-6 μm, an the intersection angle between the first metal lines and the second metal lines is 66-70 degrees, and a distance between two neighboring first metal lines and a distance between two neighboring second metal lines are 160-170 μm or 200-210 μm.

摘要: A substrate and a display device are disclosed. The substrate includes at least one main signal line. Each of the at least one main signal line includes a plurality of sub signal lines connected in parallel with one another. By arranging a plurality of sub signal lines connected in parallel with one another in the main signal line, the resistance of the main signal line can be reduced effectively, which is favorable to improving uniformity for the channel resistances of the touch screen.

In an embodiment, a method of producing a touch substrate comprises steps of: forming a flexible film sheet with a metal wiring pattern, the metal wiring pattern comprising metal wirings and metal bonding electrodes connected to the metal wirings respectively; forming a glass substrate on which a touch electrode structure and touch bonding electrodes in an electrical connection with the touch electrode structure are formed, both a sheet resistance of the touch electrode structure and a sheet resistance of the touch bonding electrodes ranging from 12Ω/□ to 70Ω/□; and aligning and bonding the flexible film sheet with the glass substrate.

摘要: The present application discloses a touch substrate including a base substrate; a black matrix layer on the base substrate in a black matrix area of the touch substrate; and a touch electrode layer on a side of the black matrix layer distal to the base substrate in a touch electrode area of the touch substrate. The touch electrode area partially overlaps with the black matrix area thereby forming an overlapping area. The touch electrode layer includes a plurality of touch electrode blocks at least partially in the overlapping area. A touch electrode block at least partially in the overlapping area is spaced apart from adjacent touch electrode blocks by a first gap. The black matrix layer in at least a portion of a region on a side of the first gap proximal to the base substrate has a reduced thickness relative to a thickness of a remaining portion of the black matrix layer.

摘要: A touch panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are disclosed. The touch panel includes a first sensing layer (10) and a second sensing layer (11) which are superimposed. The first sensing layer includes a plurality of columns of first sensing lines (12); each first sensing line is formed by the alternate series connection between first transparent electrodes (1) and first metal wires (2); the second sensing layer includes a plurality of rows of second sensing lines (34); each second sensing line is formed by the alternate series connection between second transparent electrodes (3) and second metal wires (4); in terms of vertical projections of the first sensing layer and the second sensing layer on a plane of the touch panel, the first transparent electrodes (1) and the second transparent electrodes (3) are alternately arranged along the column direction and the row direction; the first metal wires (2) and the second metal wires (4) are alternately arranged along the column direction and the row direction; the first metal wire (2) crosses over the second transparent electrode (3); and the second metal wire (4) crosses over the first transparent electrode (1). The touch panel can solve the Moiré problem.
