摘要: A coating tool that includes an ink containment tube, an oily ink and a backflow inhibiting material. The ink is in contact with the inhibiting material. The ink containment tube has a boundary which is in contact with the oily ink and the backflow inhibiting material. The boundary contains polyvinyl alcohol and fluorine-based surfactants, the oily ink contains a colorant, a resin, an organic solvent, and a gelling agent, and the backflow inhibiting material consists of base material components and a gelling agent which contains polyacrylic acid, the polyacrylic acid being present in an amount of 0.1 to 3 wt % with respect to the total amount of said backflow inhibiting material.

摘要: The ink backflow preventive of the present invention contains at least refractory and/or involatile organic liquid substances and gelling agents, wherein the oil separation degree under the specific condition is prepared to be 1 to 15 %, in which as at least said gelling agents, styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer is contained and said styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer is composed of two or more of said styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer with the same molecular weight and with the different average molecular weight.

摘要: The invention provides a method of detecting ozone expediently and with high sensitivity. The invention, therefore, is directed to an ozone indicator comprising (1) at least one color-change layer comprised of an ozone sensor ink and (2) at least one non-color change layer both formed on a substrate, said color-change and non-color-change layers being formed in such a manner that at least a part or the whole of at least one color-change layer can be exposed to an ozone-containing atmosphere when the ozone indicator is put to use. The invention is further directed to an ozone sensor ink containing an anthraquinone dye having at least one amino group selected from primary and secondary amino groups.

摘要: An oily ink for writing instruments comprising e. colorant, f. resin, g. an organic solvent and h. a gelling agent, wherein the said gelling agent comprises a soluble gelling agent with the solubility of from about 0.1 to about 20% by weight at a temperature of 20° C. to the said organic solvent, and the viscosity of the ink is not less than 700 mPa·s when the rate of shear is 0.1 (1/s) and not greater than 500 mPa·s when the rate of shear is 100 (1/s).
