    Abstract: The disclosure provides a method of analyzing an influence factor for predicting a carbon dioxide concentration of any spatiotemporal position. Firstly, an atmospheric carbon dioxide spatiotemporal distribution simulation method is proposed. This simulation method constructs a simulation model simulating carbon dioxide concentration distribution of any position of a region based on machine learning algorithm in combination with carbon dioxide data of satellite observation and corresponding environmental factors; next, by use of a global sensitivity analysis method, quantitative evaluation on the importance of multiple influence factors for regional carbon dioxide distribution is achieved.

    Abstract: An electric meter includes a meter shell configured to be within an outer utility box. A meter socket and blades are for coupling to openings of the socket. The openings include utility-side and premises-side openings for the blades to extend into. A meter processor is coupled to measurement circuitry, and to a communications unit including a transceiver. A gas sensor is positioned proximate to the blades for sensing ≥1 gaseous compound product resulting from an arc discharge across air involving the blades. During operation of the electric meter, responsive sensing a presence of the gaseous compound product, the gas sensor generates an output signal. Responsive to the output signal being above a predetermined threshold level, the electric meter triggers an alert signal that is transmitted to an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) which indicates an identity of the electric meter and that the electric meter had experienced the arc discharge.

    Abstract: A sensor element 101 of a gas sensor 100 includes a blocking portion 65 including an outer blocking layer 67 that is formed to cover, in an upper surface of a multilayer body, at least a part of an upper closest region 6a where an outer pump electrode 23 is not disposed and a distance up to a third inner cavity 61 is minimal.     Abstract: An ozonesonde for in-situ measurement of stratospheric ozone concentration profiles by balloon launches includes a hydrothermal buffer having a vessel surrounding a measurement cell having an aqueous reaction solution. The aqueous reaction solution has melting and boiling points dependent on a salt content. A pump is configured to pass ambient air through the aqueous reaction solution. The vessel of the hydrothermal buffer is fillable with water to a level that is at least as high as a level of the aqueous reaction solution in the measurement cell. A melting point of the water is higher than the melting point of the aqueous reaction solution and a boiling point of the water is lower than the boiling point of the aqueous reaction solution so that a temperature in the measurement cell is stabilized between the melting point and the boiling point of the aqueous reaction solution, upon the ozonesonde reaching the stratosphere, by a transfer of energy to or from the aqueous reaction solution in a thermodynamically passive process in an earlier phase transition of the water before a reaching of a triple point of the water.
