摘要： A paging receiver capable of writing a paging code in an ID ROM according to a received signal. When no data is present in the ID ROM, an ID ROM checking section generates a no-data signal. A mode set code detecting section generates a detection signal when received a predetermined mode set code. A switch is turned on and off by the user of the paging receiver. The receiver allows data to be written to the ID according to a received data on condition that the switch is turned on with the no-data signal and detection signal being generated.

摘要： A knowledge processing system structurizing method and tool. By preparing a general-purpose search program on the basis of information inputted by the user, an inference program for a given problem to be solved and a given object domain is created. The general-purpose search program is constituted by a plurality of search elementary functions. A guide message is displayed on a display unit in accordance with classified information of a problem solving strategy. Program creating knowledges are obtained from the information inputted by the user in response to the guide message. By employing the program creating knowledges, a general-purpose program is created with the aid of a correspondence table containing correspondences between search elementary functions having search primitive functions built therein and search fundamental functions. 摘要： A throttle control apparatus for use with an automotive internal combustion engine. The apparatus assures that the drive wheels are stopped from spinning on a snowy road surface if the driver pushes down on the accelerator pedal. The apparatus comprises an accelerator operation mechanism including the accelerator pedal, a first throttle-driving means capable of opening and closing the throttle valve, a controller, a second driving means, and a fuel-cutting means. The first throttle-driving means is mounted independent of the accelerator operation mechanism and includes a driving plate, a clutch plate, and a movable yoke. The controller controls the first throttle-driving means to adjust the throttle opening. When the first throttle-driving means becomes inoperative, the throttle valve can be driven by the accelerator operation mechanism via the second throttle-driving means. The fuel-cutting means is operated when excessive spin of the drive wheels is detected.

摘要： A reservoir device is provided, which prevents water from flooding in an accumulation tank and improves on-vehicle installation capability. The reservoir device 10 includes a catch tank 13 connected to an airspace “A” formed above an oil surface of working oil accumulated in an accumulation tank 12, which has a bottom surface formed with an external-air communication aperture 32. Liquid entering from the external-air communication aperture 32 is allowed, to be accumulated in the catch tank 13 once, and then is suitably discharged through the external-air communication aperture 32. This precludes the accumulation tank 12 from flooding with water and improves on-vehicle installation capability. The reservoir device 10 can be obtained, in which the accumulation tank 12 is prevented from flooding with water, even if the reservoir tank 10 is placed in a place or the like relatively closer to for instance a road surface with an ease of suffering water splashing during a traveling in a rainy weather or a traveling on a submerged road surface or the like.
