    摘要: The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a data scheduling method and apparatus, so as to resolve a problem that performing data scheduling on a data node by different evolved NodeBs participating in CA may cause a case in which a range supported by a processing capability of the data node is exceeded, or may cause a case in which the data node cannot fully leverage a processing capability of the data node. The method includes: sending, by the data node, scheduling limitation indication information to a first communications node; receiving, by the data node, data scheduling information that is sent by the first communications node to the data node; and sending, by the data node, uplink data to the first communications node, or receiving, by the data node, downlink data sent by the first communications node according to the data scheduling information.

The user equipment includes: a receiver, configured to receive first radio resource control protocol RRC configuration information sent by a first base station, where the first RRC configuration information includes a parameter used to calculate a power headroom PH that is of the UE and that is in a first cell controlled by the first base station; and a transmitter, configured to send second RRC configuration information to a second base station. The user equipment provided in the embodiments of the present invention is applicable to a scenario in which both RRC functions of two cells are controlled by means of RRC of one base station, and moreover, when two base stations use independent RRC, transmit power of the UE can also be effectively controlled, thereby improving uplink power control compatibility.

The method is used for controlling a UE in a CELL-FACH state or in an idle state of a neighboring cell through a common E-RGCH. The method includes: obtaining a control command by monitoring the common E-RGCH of the neighboring cell; determining whether the UE satisfies at least one further configured controlled condition; and when the UE satisfies the at least one controlled condition, adjusting the serving grant of the UE based on the obtained control command. Through the method and the apparatus according to the embodiments of the disclosure, throughput of the UE may be prevented from being reduced excessively, thereby improving communication performance.

The method includes: classifying, by using a transmission time interval TTI as a classification basis, TTIs on a carrier in a cell into a time division multiplexing TDM TTI and a code division multiplexing CDM TTI; and sending, to a user equipment UE, control information carrying a classified result, so as to instruct the UE to send uplink data according to the classified result and a data scheduling type of the UE in the TDM TTI or the CDM. By using the foregoing technical solution, a data transmission resource can be well saved and scheduling flexibility can be improved.
