Abstract: This application provides a method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink control information. The method includes: generating, by a terminal device, an encoded uplink data packet, where the uplink data packet belongs to an uplink channel, the uplink channel is carried on a candidate time-frequency resource in a first time transmission interval TTI, the candidate time-frequency resource is a first time-frequency resource or a second time-frequency resource, and a second time-domain start point of the second time-frequency resource is later than a first time-domain start point of the first time-frequency resource; and performing, by the terminal device, detection on a carrier in which the candidate time-frequency resource is located, and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink channel on the candidate time-frequency resource based on a result of the detection, where the uplink channel includes uplink control information and the encoded uplink data packet. Therefore, this can improve communication efficiency, reduce a service transmission latency, and improve user experience.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for a transmission of uplink control information (UCI), such as hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) information. A base station sends first indication information to a user equipment (UE), to instruct the UE to dynamically determine the UCI according to the first indication information, and the base station allocates a resource to the UE to transmit the UCI. The embodiments of the present disclosure may be used to implement a feedback of the UCI information in a carrier aggregation scenario, thereby improving performance of transmitting valid UCI information.

According to this technical solution, a real-time channel state can be accurately reflected, so that a probability of a collision between nodes can be reduced, and a channel access opportunity is increased.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to example data transmission methods, user equipment, and access network devices in an LAA-LTE system. An example data receiving method includes determining, by user equipment, first information of a first cell. The user equipment determines a first subframe based on the first information, where a downlink data transmission length of the first subframe is less than a first threshold. The user equipment then determines a data transmission characteristic of the cell in the first subframe based on a preset condition, so as to receive, based on the data transmission characteristic, data including the first subframe. In doing so, a data transmission characteristic of a base station or a terminal is standardized, and a reference signal such as a DRS can be correctly identified.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data channel sending method. In the method, a base station starts a clear channel assessment (CCA) on a data channel for a to-be-sent data channel. If the CCA on the data channel succeeds, the base station sends the data channel in a first subframe within a time window, where the data channel performs rate matching based on a reference signal (RS). The RS includes a first RS or a second RS. The first RS occupies continuous OFDM symbols in a subframe, and the second RS occupies discontinuous OFDM symbols in a subframe. The time window is a preset time window used to send the first RS, and the first RS is used by a user equipment (UE) to perform cell identification and/or a radio resource management (RRM) measurement on a cell served by the base station.
