    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and disclose a data transmission method and a device, to resolve a problem of a waste of transmission resources caused by transmitting downlink data by using only some symbols included in a DwPTS. A specific solution is: A network device sends second downlink data in a second time interval, where the second time interval is in the second slot of a first special subframe or the first slot of a second special subframe, the first special subframe is a special subframe of which downlink pilot timeslot duration is greater than 0.5 millisecond, the second special subframe is a special subframe of which downlink pilot timeslot duration is less than 0.5 millisecond, and the second time interval includes N symbols, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 6. The embodiments of the present invention are applied to a data transmission process.

    Abstract: A communication method and a device are provided. The communication method includes: An access network device generates a synchronization signal block SSB, where the SSB includes a first physical broadcast channel PBCH and a second PBCH, the first PBCH carries time-frequency resource position information of first synchronization information, the second PBCH carries time-frequency resource position information of second synchronization information, and a time-frequency resource position of the first synchronization information is different from a time-frequency resource position of the second synchronization information; and the access network device broadcasts the SSB. In embodiments of this application, the SSB may carry PBCHs corresponding to terminal devices of different bandwidth types and/or synchronization information of the terminal devices of different bandwidth types, to satisfy processing requirements of the terminal devices of a plurality of bandwidth types.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a resource allocation method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving resource allocation information, where the resource allocation information includes a first resource indicator value; and determining, based on the first resource indicator value, a first resource allocation scheme corresponding to the first resource indicator value, where the first resource allocation scheme belongs to L resource allocation schemes, the L resource allocation schemes include L1 resource allocation schemes, and a start location of a resource corresponding to each of the L1 resource allocation schemes is a resource unit other than an (S+1)th resource unit in Q consecutive resource units in a system bandwidth, where S is an integer multiple of X. Therefore, a waste of system resources can be reduced.
