    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and related communication apparatus, to reduce a feedback latency of an ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) service and improve data transmission reliability. The method includes: receiving configuration information, where the configuration information is used to configure a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource set, and each PUCCH resource in the first PUCCH resource set is configured at a subslot-level; determining a second PUCCH resource set of a subslot from the first PUCCH resource set, where the second PUCCH resource set includes an available PUCCH resource of the first PUCCH resource set in the subslot; and sending feedback information for downlink data on the available PUCCH resource in the second PUCCH resource set.

    Abstract: A communication method and a communication apparatus are described. A network device explicitly indicates, by using indication information, a transmission priority of data that can be carried on a scheduled transmission resource. After receiving the indication information, a terminal device can determine whether data currently to be sent can be sent on the scheduled transmission resource, to reduce a probability of a communication failure caused by resource preemption in a scenario in which data of at least three transmission priorities coexists. The terminal device may further determine, based on the indication information, whether to-be-received data exists on the scheduled transmission resource.

The terminal determines a first uplink control channel resource from a plurality of uplink control channel resources based on an index of the last symbol for the downlink data channel and a time for processing the downlink data channel by the terminal.     Abstract: This application provides an uplink control information transmission method. In a scenario in which uplink preemption occurs, the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgement information is transmitted on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource pre-configured at a higher signaling layer. In some embodiments, when the first uplink resource is a PUCCH resource used after the HARQ acknowledgement information is multiplexed or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) resource used after the HARQ acknowledgement information is multiplexed, the HARQ acknowledgement information may be sent on the PUCCH resource that is used before the HARQ acknowledgement information is multiplexed, if the PUCCH resource is available. In some embodiments, when the first uplink resource is a PUSCH resource that is used after the HARQ acknowledgement information is multiplexed, a resource area in which a PUSCH is not occupied may be searched for a new PUCCH resource.
