The present invention discloses a data packet processing method and a device. The method includes: receiving, by a capability exposure function device, a first processing policy sent by a third-party application, where the first processing policy includes an external identifier of UE, an identifier of the third-party application, and a processing policy of a data packet sent by the UE to the third-party application; obtaining an internal identifier of the UE based on the external identifier of the UE; determining a second processing policy based on the internal identifier of the UE, where the second processing policy includes the internal identifier of the UE, the identifier of the third-party application, and the processing policy of the data packet; and configuring the second processing policy on a network side, where the second processing policy is used by a network side device to process the data packet.

The present embodiments disclose a method and a device for controlling binding of a data flow to a bearer. The method includes receiving, by a policy and charging enforcement function (PCEF) device, indication information and an identifier of a policy and charging control (PCC) rule from a policy and charging rules function (PCRF) device and binding, by the PCEF device to a target bearer according to the indication information, a data flow indicated by an identifier of the data flow in the PCC rule indicated by the identifier of the PCC rule.

The present invention provides a congestion processing method, apparatus, and system. The method comprises: in a process of a UE performing handover from a source cell, in a congestion status, of a source access network element to a target cell, in a normal status, of a target access network element, receiving second indication information sent by a second access network element, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating a status of a second cell; sending notification information to a network side according to the indication message, wherein the notification information is used for notifying the network side to restore a status of the UE from a congestion and controlled status to a normal status. In the present invention, determining how to notify the network side and notifying the network side timely to restore the status of the UE to the normal status are realized.

A method and an apparatus for configuring parameters under Browser and Server (BS) architecture are provided. The method includes: receiving a selection input which selects a source object of a first frame, in a browser window where the first frame and a second frame are displayed; generating an avatar effect entity in the second frame based on the selection input, wherein the avatar effect entity carries information of the source object; and establishing an association between a target object and the information of the source object carried by the avatar effect entity, when the avatar effect entity is moved to a position corresponding to the target object in the second frame. Based on the solution, the parameters may be configured during the cross-frame dragging under the BS architecture, thereby simplifying the user's operation steps. The operations are intuitive and natural, thereby meeting the user mental model.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for processing an eMPS in a CSFB mechanism. The method in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes: receiving a CSFB access request of a user equipment; determining that the user equipment has a CSFB priority service right according to acquired priority service information of the user equipment; and providing a CSFB access service preferentially for the user equipment with the CSFB priority service right.

Embodiments of this application provide for a video super-resolution processing method. The method includes obtaining encoded information of a coding block in a video stream. The method further includes determining an inter-frame prediction mode of the coding block based on an inter-frame prediction marker included in the encoded information. The method further includes determining a super-resolution pixel block of the coding block based on the inter-frame prediction mode of the coding block and pixel information of a matched coding block identified by a matched coding block index included in the encoded information. The method further includes stitching super-resolution pixel blocks of all coding blocks that belong to a same image frame in the video stream to obtain a super-resolution image. Power consumption can be reduced while an effect of super-resolution processing performed on a single frame of image in a video is ensured.

The network slice management system sends a notification message to the control device. The notification message carries an identity of the network slice instance.

The method includes: receiving, by a first network device, a network slice instance creation request from a transmit end device, to request to create a target network slice instance; sending, by the first network device, network function configuration indication information to a second network device based on the description information, to instruct the second network device to configure a network function of the target network slice instance; receiving, by the first network device, network function configuration response information sent by the second network device, to indicate that the configuration of the network function of the target network slice instance is completed; and sending, by the first network device, network slice instance creation response information to the transmit end device.
