Abstract: An information transmission method, a base station, and user equipment are described. Abstract: A handover method, a terminal device, and a network device are provided. The method implemented by a terminal device includes: determining, a first measurement report triggering threshold based on threshold configuration information including first information or threshold update information, and the first information includes at least one cell quality change rate threshold and at least two measurement report triggering thresholds; sending, a first measurement report to a first network device based on the first measurement report triggering threshold; and receiving, a first handover command from the first network device, where the first handover command instructs to hand over the terminal device from the first network device to a second network device. According to the application, the terminal device may select or update, based on the threshold configuration information, a measurement report triggering threshold, to avoid continuously triggering the measurement report, thereby reducing system overheads of the terminal device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a physical downlink control channel sending method. The method includes: sending configuration information of a first physical downlink control channel on a predefined resource, where the configuration information of the first physical downlink control channel is used to indicate manners of sending and receiving the first physical downlink control channel; and sending the first physical downlink control channel according to the configuration information of the first physical downlink control channel. Correspondingly, the embodiments of the present disclosure further disclose a physical downlink control channel receiving method, a base station device, and user equipment. By using the present disclosure, a physical downlink control channel, especially, an EPDCCH channel, can be transmitted, to resolve a problem of physical downlink control channel transmission caused by the fact that narrowband user equipment cannot receive a broadband PDCCH channel.
