Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for transmitting a pilot signal, a method for receiving a pilot signal, a user equipment (UE), and a base station. A method includes: determining a first downlink subframe according to an uplink and downlink ratio relationship, where the first downlink subframe is a first downlink subframe after a transition from uplink to downlink; transmitting a pilot signal to a UE in the first downlink subframe. Another method includes: determining, according to a preset transmit period and a subframe offset number, a second downlink subframe for transmitting a pilot signal, and transmitting the pilot signal to a UE in the second downlink subframe. According to the technical solution of the present invention, time domain resources occupied by a pilot signal are reduced, therefore, the overhead of transmitting the pilot signal is reduced.
Abstract:
A route configuration method includes determining, by a session management network element, that a first terminal in a first group is allowed to communicate with a second terminal in a second group. The route configuration method further includes sending, by the session management network element, first forwarding information to a first user plane network element. The first user plane network element is configured to provide a service for the first terminal. The first forwarding information is useable by the first user plane network element to forward a first packet. The first packet is to be sent by the first terminal to the second terminal.
Abstract:
Embodiments of this application disclose a communication method and apparatus. The method includes that a terminal device sends a first uplink signal to a first network device on at least one first carrier. The method further includes that the first network device detects the first uplink signal on the at least one first carrier, determines an active carrier based on determined signal strength of the first uplink signal on the at least one first carrier, and sends first feedback information to the terminal device. The first feedback information includes information about the active carrier in the at least one first carrier. A corresponding apparatus is further provided. In this way, the signal strength of the first uplink signal sent by the terminal device on the at least one first carrier is determined, to accurately determine the information about the active carrier in the at least one first carrier.
Abstract:
Embodiments of this application disclose an information transmission method and a communication apparatus, to flexibly use spectrum resources. An embodiment of this application provides an information transmission method, including: receiving first configuration information from a second device, where the first configuration information instructs the second device to configure T uplink carriers for a first device, at least one element in a value set of T is a positive integer greater than L, and L is a maximum quantity of uplink carriers on which the first device can simultaneously perform uplink transmission; determining N uplink carriers from the T uplink carriers, where N is a positive integer less than or equal to L; and sending information on the N uplink carriers.
Abstract:
This application provides an uplink signal sending method and a terminal. The terminal may determine a symbol that needs to be punctured, and send the uplink signal based on the symbol that needs to be punctured, so that conflicting use of the overlapping symbol is avoided. Further, the terminal may notify the source cell and/or the target cell of the symbol that needs to be punctured, so that the source cell or the target cell improves, according to a notification indication, decoding on the uplink signal sent by the terminal.
Abstract:
A method and device for estimating the time of arrival (ToA) of a radio signal are proposed. The radio signal comprises M subsignals carried on M subcarriers, where M is an integer ≥2. The number of propagation paths and the time of arrival associated with a first path are estimated. The technique can improve ToA estimation accuracy, especially in a multipath fading channel, and reduce the need for channel information.
Abstract:
A channel estimation method, a base station, user equipment (UE), and a system are provided. The method includes: setting up, by a base station, a connection to user equipment UE; and sending, to the UE, notification information indicating that the UE is in a radio remote scenario, where the notification information is used to instruct the UE to perform channel estimation by using a channel estimation algorithm applicable to the radio remote scenario, and the channel estimation algorithm is used to perform channel estimation on a signal that is obtained after downlink signals from multiple radio remote units RRUs are superposed. The UE can perform channel estimation by using the appropriate channel estimation algorithm, to effectively improve accuracy of the channel estimation, thereby effectively improving a downlink data throughput of the UE.
