Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a resource information indication method and related apparatus, and generally relates to the field of communications technologies. A network device determines first indication information and sends first information, where the first information includes the first indication information. A bit state of the first indication information is a bit state in a first state set, and the network device supports a first terminal device in accessing the network device, and/or a bit state of the first information is a bit state in a second state set, and the network device does not support the first terminal device in accessing the network device. In some embodiments, after determining the first indication information, the network device sends the first information, so that the first terminal device can access the network device, and use a resource of the network device.

Abstract: A data table partitioning management method and apparatus are disclosed. The first time-frequency resource is a part of the time-frequency resource corresponding to the SR information and does not overlap the second time-frequency resource in time domain, and the second time-frequency resource is the time-frequency resource corresponding to the HARQ information. Alternatively, the HARQ information is sent by using the time-frequency resource corresponding to the HARQ information, where the SR information is not sent.
