    摘要: A non-electronic all-dielectric (NEAD) or non-electronic RF (NERF) front-end that exploits isolation features of photonics to eliminate metal electrodes, interconnects and the antenna. An electro-optic (EO) modulator is integrated with a dielectric resonance antenna to exploit unique isolation features of photonics. A doubly (RF and optical) resonant device design maximizes the receiver sensitivity. High-Q optical disk resonators and dielectric resonant antennas are integrated to create an efficient mixing of light and RF fields. The resulting non-electronic RF technology produces an all-dielectric RF front-end which provides complete isolation between the air interface and the ensuing electronic circuitry, enabling the creation of an RF receiver that is immune to high-power electromagnetic pulses (EMP) and High Power Microwave (HPM) pulses. The device can also be configured as a non-intrusive field probe that co-exists with a conventional receiver and detects a EMP or HPM attack.

    摘要: A moving granular bed includes a filter granule channel, an inlet unit of gas, an outlet unit of gas, a first detecting unit and a feedback control unit. The inlet unit of gas is disposed at one side of the filter granule channel, and the dirty gas is fed into the filter granule channel through the inlet unit of gas. The inlet unit of gas has a first flow-guiding plate. The outlet unit of gas is disposed at the other side of the filter granule channel. The first detecting unit detects the gas velocity at the inlet unit of gas site. The feedback control unit is electrically connected with the first detecting unit, and controls the angle of the first flow-guiding plate and flow rate of filter granules according to a detecting result of the first detecting unit. A gas guiding system used in the moving granular bed is also disclosed. The moving granular bed and gas guiding system can make the dirty gas have different velocity or distribution while passing through the filter granule channel so as to improve the usage of the filter granules.

    摘要: An interdigitized capacitor comprising first and second electrodes. The first electrode comprises two combs symmetrical to a first mirror plane. The fingers of the combs extend toward the first mirror plane. The second electrode comprises two combs and a linear plate. The combs are symmetrical to a second mirror plane and the fingers thereof extend toward the second mirror plane. The linear plate is located at the second mirror plane and connected to one finger of the combs of the second electrode. The first and second mirror planes are orthogonal. The fingers of the combs of the first and second electrodes are interdigitized.
