Abstract: The present invention provides an organic electroluminescence device including a cathode, an anode, and an organic thin film layer which is formed of one layer or plural layers at least containing a light emitting layer and which is sandwiched between the cathode and an anode, the device further includes an electron transporting layer between the light emitting layer and the cathode, wherein the electron transporting layer contains at least a specific compound (1) and a specific compound (2), and the compound (1) and the compound (2) satisfy the expression (A): Electron mobility of compound (1)>Electron mobility of compound (2)>10−7 cm2/Vs. The organic electroluminescence device has a high light emission efficiency and has a more prolonged lifetime. The present invention also provides an electronic device provided with the organic EL device.
