    Abstract: A computerized method and device for analyzing a physiological signal are provided. The computerized method for analyzing the physiological signal includes the following steps. A pulse waveform is measured by a measuring unit, wherein the pulse waveform represents a blood volume of a blood vessel over time. A plurality of rising segments of the plus waveform is analyzed by a processing unit. The maximum change rate point at each rising segment is analyzed by the processing unit. A pulse interval time sequence is obtained according to the maximum change rate points.
