Abstract: Embodiments described herein relate to downlink (DL) control channel signaling for an aperiodic channel state information (A-CSI) trigger. In one example, a user equipment (UE) communicates with a network to receive first configuration signaling to identify a first downlink control information (DCI) in a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The UE also receives, from the network, the first DCI. The first DCI is appended with cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits that are scrambled by a common radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) and is to indicate an aperiodic channel state information (A-CSI) trigger. Next, the UE receives, from the network, channel state information (CSI) reference signals in one or more occasions that follow an occasion in which the first DCI is received and generates and transmits a CSI report in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) based on the CSI reference signals.

Abstract: An apparatus of user equipment (UE) includes processing circuitry coupled to a memory, where to configure the UE for New Radio (NR) vehicle-to-everything (V2X) sidelink communication. The processing circuitry is to decode radio resource control (RRC) signaling from an authorized V2X network entity. The RRC signaling including configuration information to activate a sidelink transmit (TX) bandwidth part (BWP) of a plurality of sidelink TX BWPs within a sidelink carrier. Data is encoded for transmission to a second UE using a first sidelink signal. The processing circuitry is to cause transmission of the encoded data via the first sidelink signal. A bandwidth of the first sidelink signal during the transmission is within the activated sidelink TX BWP.

Abstract: Embodiments of a Next Generation Node-B (gNB) and User Equipment (UE) are generally described herein. The gNB may transmit control signaling to configure transmission of position reference signals (PRSs) by a plurality of transmit-receive points (TRPs). The gNB may receive, from the UE, for each of the TRPs, a set of signal location parameters (SLPs). The gNB may perform an iterative process to estimate a position of the UE. For a current iteration, the gNB may: determine a current estimate of the position of the UE based on a current plurality of sets of SLPs; and determine a cost function for each of the current plurality of sets of SLPs. The gNB may determine, based on the cost functions, a next plurality of sets of SLPs for a next estimate of the position of the UE.
