    Abstract: Some demonstrative embodiments include apparatuses, devices, systems and methods of one-sided location measurement. For example, an apparatus may include circuitry and logic configured to cause a wireless station to transmit an announcement element to announce a Non-Data Packet (NDP) sounding transmission including a plurality of sounding preambles, the announcement element including at least a measurement type field to indicate a type of a one-sided location measurement, and one or more configuration fields including configuration information to configure the one-sided location measurement based on the NDP sounding transmission; and to transmit the NDP sounding transmission subsequent to the announcement element.

    Abstract: For example, a mobile station may process a plurality of frames from a plurality of wireless stations, a frame from a wireless station including a ToD of the frame according to a local clock of the wireless station; process timing synchronization information corresponding to the plurality of wireless stations, timing synchronization information corresponding to the wireless station to indicate one or more synchronization offsets between the local clock of the wireless station and one or more other wireless stations of the plurality of wireless stations; and determine a plurality of ToF measurements between the mobile station and the plurality of wireless stations by determining a ToF measurement between the mobile station and the wireless station based on the ToD of the frame from the wireless station, a ToA of the frame from the wireless station, and at least the timing synchronization information corresponding to the wireless station.

    Abstract: Embodiments for performing access point position determination using crowd sourcing are generally described herein. In some embodiments, a range report request is received, by at least one mobile device, from a network entity for determining a position of a plurality of access points (APs). The at least one mobile device performs range measurements on each of the plurality of APs at different locations. A range report associated with the range measurements performed on each of the plurality of APs is sent to the network entity by the at least one mobile device.

    Abstract: Examples are disclosed for determining a time-of-flight (ToF) of a wireless signal in a multipath wireless environment. In some examples a method for determining a time-of-flight (ToF) of a wireless signal in a multipath wireless environment may comprise receiving two or more wireless signals over a wireless communication channel from wireless device, determining a maximum likelihood solution for identifying a line-of-sight (LoS) signal of the two or more wireless signals, reducing the complexity of the maximum likelihood solution, determining a time that maximizes the reduced complexity maximum likelihood solution, and determining the ToF of the LoS signal based on the reduced complexity maximum likelihood solution and the determined time. Other examples are described and claimed.
