    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a camera module includes an image sensor and a liquid crystal panel. The liquid crystal panel includes an aperture portion in which first and second regions are formed, a liquid crystal layer disposed in a position overlapping the aperture portion, a first electrode disposed in a position overlapping the first region and a second electrode disposed in a position overlapping the second region, a driver which drives the liquid crystal layer, a non-aperture portion which surrounds the aperture portion, a first pad that electrically connects the first electrode to the driver and a second pad that electrically connects the second electrode to the driver.

    Abstract: An imaging unit includes an imaging apparatus having an aperture unit and an imaging device, a TOF sensor measuring a time between reflection of emitted light by a surface of an arbitrary imaging object and return, a ranging result acquisition unit acquiring first depth information in each of a plurality of pixels of the imaging device, an actual distance acquisition unit acquiring second depth information of the imaging object based on a measurement result of the TOF sensor, a memory unit correlating and storing a relationship between the first depth information and the second depth information with an environmental temperature, a temperature acquisition unit acquiring an environmental temperature based on the first depth information and the second depth information, and a correction unit correcting the first depth information in each of the plurality of pixels based on the environmental temperature.

    Abstract: According to an aspect, a display device includes: a display region provided with pixels, scan lines extending in a first direction, and signal lines extending in a second direction; a peripheral region located between ends of the substrate and the display region; a first scan line drive circuit disposed in the peripheral region; a second scan line drive circuit disposed in the peripheral region opposite the first scan line drive circuit; a third scan line drive circuit disposed in the peripheral region opposite the first scan line drive circuit; a signal line coupling circuit disposed in the peripheral region; and a driver IC disposed in the peripheral region. The second and third scan line drive circuits are adjacent to each other. More than one of the scan lines coupled to the second scan line drive circuit passes through the third scan line drive circuit and extends to the display region.
