摘要： An improved mounting system for mounting a forklift on a carrier vehicle where the forklift includes a frame, a mast connected to the frame, and a fork carriage having a pair of forks extending therefrom. The fork carriage is adapted to be vertically displaceable on the mast and laterally extendable relative to the mast. The carrier vehicle includes a mounting end with at least one fork receiver adapted to receive the pair of forks therein and to allow complete lifting of the forklift off of a ground surface by vertically displacing the fork carriage. At least one hook is attached to either the mast of the forklift or the mounting end of the carrier vehicle, and an engagement bar is secured to the other of the mast or the mounting end. The engagement bar is sized to be received within the at least one hook to thereby securely mount the forklift to the mounting end of the carrier vehicle. In one embodiment the at least one hook is two hooks rigidly attached to base portions of the mast. In another embodiment, the engagement bar is adapted to be laterally extendable from the mounting end.

摘要： A portable telescoping stacking conveyor for stockpiling bulk particulate materials includes a primary conveyor frame, a secondary conveyor frame, an undercarriage and a base frame having a king pin for engagement with a tow vehicle. The front end of the primary conveyor frame is pivotally mounted to the base frame. The secondary conveyor frame of the portable telescoping stacking conveyor has a left secondary top chord and a right secondary top chord. The secondary conveyor frame is receivable by the primary conveyor frame and moveable with respect thereto between a retracted position and an extended position. The primary conveyor frame is arranged, configured and adapted to support the secondary conveyor frame only by supporting the left secondary top chord and the right secondary top chord.

摘要： A pallet and conveyor system for loading pallets onto a transport vehicle is described. The conveyor system has a first and a second conveyor which positions the pallets between the conveyors and maintains the pallets in upright orientation. The conveyor defines an upper conveyance track and a lower conveyance track which may be placed on the bed of a transport truck. The pallets maintained in the conveyor system are easily loadable on the truck and can be captured without operator lifting by the conveyor system. The pallets may be forked from any direction and provide a stabilization device for maintaining the cargo within the pallets.

摘要： A compact, programmable palletizer and method for forming at least one layer of packages on a pallet, comprising a rigid frame, an infeed conveyor positioned adjacent the frame for conveying successive packages into the palletizer, and a rollerbed assembly mounted on the frame and positioned juxtaposed the infeed conveyor for receiving successive packages from the infeed conveyor. The rollerbed assembly is formed on a single horizontal plane and is movable between an advanced position and a retracted position. The palletizer further includes a fixed back stop positioned adjacent the rollerbed assembly and rigidly connected to the frame for preventing the packages conveyed onto the rollerbed assembly from moving beyond a predetermined position thereon, and a sweeper arranged adjacent the rollerbed assembly and the fixed back stop for positioning the package in a predetermined position on the rollerbed assembly by rotating, displacing and squaring the package thereon.
