    Abstract: One embodiment of the present disclosure is a system for predicting performance of building equipment. The system comprises one or more sensors in communication with the building equipment, and the sensors are operable to detect characteristics from the building equipment. The system further comprises a computing device in communication with the sensors and in the same geographic location as the sensors. The computing device comprises one or more memory devices configured to store instructions that, when executed on one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive data from the sensors, the data based on the detected characteristics. The one or more processors also generate, based on a machine learning model and the data, a predicted performance of the building equipment when the machine learning model comprises a prior data substantially similar to the data.

    Abstract: A method for determining a stability of a building device includes receiving time series data from building equipment regarding a first operational parameter of the building equipment, determining, for one or more time steps of the time series data, a deviation between a setpoint and a recorded value of the first operational parameter, calculating, for the one or more time steps, a trapezoidal area based on an absolute value of the deviation and a length of a time step, calculating a stability index value for the building equipment by summing the trapezoidal areas for a subset of the one or more time steps over a time horizon, and initiating an automated response based on the stability index value.

The vibration dataset includes machine metadata, machine operating conditions, and one or more time waveforms. The method further includes assembling a feature vector comprising one or more features of the vibration dataset for input to a machine learning model. The machine learning model is associated with a component of the machine. The method further includes applying the feature vector to the machine learning model in order to generate a condition score for the component. The method further includes scheduling a maintenance event for the machine or changing a setpoint associated with the machine depending on the condition score.
