摘要： One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for implementing a publish and subscribe communication system utilizing a load balancer and task schedulers are provided. Subscription requests are received from subscribers for subscribing to a topic published by a publisher. An external subscription list is maintained to track communication address information of the subscribers. A number of task schedulers are created based upon a count of subscribers within the external subscription list. The subscribers are assigned to the task schedulers such that a number of subscribers assigned to a task scheduler is limited according to a subscriber assignment limit. In response to the publisher creating data to publish to the topic, the task schedulers are controlled to use the communication address information to directly transfer data of the topic to the subscribers assigned to the task schedulers.

摘要： An online software platform (OSP) produces, by applying resource digital rules to previous relationship instance data of a primary entity data associated with one or more secondary entities of the domain, a domain resource regarding the domain. The OSP may then determine, by applying an alignment digital rule of the domain to the relationship instance data and the domain resource, whether or not an alignment condition of the domain is met, which indicates whether resources for relationship instances of the primary entity should have been remitted to the domain. If the alignment condition is not met, then the OSP may assemble proposal components, and communicate some of them to the domain on behalf of the primary entity to remit the resources, without initially communicating those proposal components that would reveal the identity of the primary entity.

摘要： A process for service chain instance pool sizing receives service requests for processing in a 5G network by a service function chain, of the 5G network, providing network function(s) to process the service requests. The method determines an average number of service requests to be processed, and determines a number of service chain instances to exist in a pool of service chain instances, of the service function chain, as a composite of (i) a number of instances to process service requests having arrived and making an initial relay through the service function chain and (ii) a number of instances to process service requests that were re-introduced after having previously arrived. The method additionally indicates the number of service chain instances to exist in the pool to a component responsible for controlling the number of service chain instances in the pool.

If the user client is interested in the SCADA data, the user client transmits the metadata set back to the broker server in a digitally signed form. Responsive to determining that the tenant is not associated with a delegation contract, the first data center records a delegation contract for the tenant. A second data center receives a request, from the tenant, to access a second service, where the second data center is physically separate from the first data center. Responsive to determining that the tenant is associated with the delegation contract recorded in the blockchain database, the second data center causes an update of the delegation contract in the blockchain database; causes the second service to provide access to the tenant; transmits, to the tenant, a confirmation that the second service can be accessed, and transmits an update to the first data center indicating that the delegation contract has been updated to include a second service offer.
