Abstract: The present invention relates to a humidifier for a fuel cell, the humidifier comprising: a humidifying module for humidifying a dry gas, supplied from the outside, by using a wet gas discharged from a fuel cell stack; a first cap coupled to one end of the humidifying module; and a second cap coupled to the other end of the humidifying module. The humidifying module includes: a mid-case, both ends of which are open; and at least one cartridge that is located inside the mid-case and includes a plurality of hollow fiber membranes. The distance between a second gas inlet and a second gas outlet, which are formed in an inner case of the cartridge, is greater than the distance between a first gas inlet and a first gas outlet, which are formed in the mid-case.

Abstract: Proposed are a gasket assembly and a fuel cell humidifier comprising the same which can be manufactured with improved productivity and can drastically reduce maintenance costs thereof. The gasket assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is a gasket assembly for a fuel cell humidifier comprising a mid-casing, a cap fastened to the mid-casing, and at least one cartridge disposed in the mid-casing and receiving a plurality of hollow fiber membranes. The gasket assembly includes a packing part provided with a hole into which an end part of the cartridge is inserted, an edge part formed by being connected to the packing part, and a damping part formed on an outer peripheral surface of the cartridge.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a fuel cell membrane humidifier which can prevent gas leakage due to repetition of driving and stopping of a fuel cell, can be manufactured with relatively low manufacturing costs and high productivity, and can suppress vibrations generated during operation. A fuel cell membrane humidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a humidification module for humidifying air supplied from the outside with moisture in exhaust gas discharged from a fuel cell stack; and caps respectively coupled to both ends of the humidification module. The humidification module comprises: a mid-case which has both ends opened and a step difference formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof; at least one cartridge which is disposed within the mid-case and accommodates a plurality of hollow fiber membranes; a fixed layer in which ends of the hollow fiber membranes are potted and supported by the inner wall of the mid-case; a bracket which is supported by the step difference of the mid-case and is in contact with the fixed layer; and a packing member which has a groove into which an end of the mid-case is fitted and is in contact with the bracket. In addition, the humidification module has a damping protrusion which is formed on the inner wall of the mid-case and fitted into the fixed layer to suppress vibration generated in the cartridge by air flowing inside the humidification module.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a fuel cell membrane humidifier capable of improving humidification efficiency by performing two-stage humidification, and a fuel cell system comprising same. A fuel cell membrane humidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a dry air supply means; a fuel cell membrane humidifier which performs two-stage humidification on the dry air supplied from the dry air supply means; a fuel cell stack for generating energy and humid exhaust gas by reacting the humidified air supplied from the fuel cell membrane humidifier with hydrogen; and a bypass flow path for bypassing a portion of the exhaust gas generated in the fuel cell stack. The fuel cell membrane humidifier comprises: a mid-case; a cap which is fastened with the mid-case and has a bypass inlet connected to the bypass flow path; a mixing humidifier which performs mixed humidification by mixing the dry air introduced through the cap and the exhaust gas introduced through the bypass inlet; and at least one cartridge which is disposed in the mid-case and accommodates a plurality of hollow fiber membranes that perform moisture exchange.
