Abstract: An image forming device includes a sheet feeding device, an image forming part, a fixing device, a conveyance path, a first sensor and a second sensor. The first sensor is disposed on the conveyance path on a downstream side of the fixing device in the conveyance direction and detects the sheet passed along the conveyance path. The second sensor is disposed on the conveyance path on an upstream side of the fixing device in a conveyance direction and detects the sheet passed along the conveyance path. The fixing device stops a driving of a heating source and stops a rotation of a fixing belt when the first sensor does not detect the sheet passing properly. The fixing device stops the driving of the heating source and stops the rotation of the fixing belt after a predetermined period when the second sensor do not detect the sheet passing properly.

Abstract: A fixing device includes a fixing belt, a pressure rotating body, a nip member, a supporting member, a heating source, a heat conducting member and a reflecting member. The pressure rotating body is rotatably arranged outside the fixing belt to come into pressure contact with the fixing belt to form a fixing nip. The heat conducting member is supported by the supporting member in a cantilevered state to come into contact with an inner circumference face of the fixing belt and to absorb the radiant heat. Abstract: A fixing device includes an endless-shaped fixing belt, a heater, a holding member, and a pressure member. The heater has a heat generating portion, and a seal portion that seals each end of the heat generating portion. The heater heats the fixing belt from inside the fixing belt with radiant heat.
