Abstract: A fixing device according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a fixing belt, a pressure member, a heating member, a pressing member, and a heat source. The fixing belt is rotational. The pressure member is rotational and is brought into press-contact with the fixing belt to form a fixing nip. The heating member is rotational and is disposed to interpose the fixing belt between the heating member and the pressure member. The pressing member is disposed to interpose the fixing belt between the pressing member and the pressure member and presses the fixing belt toward the pressure member side. The heat source is disposed radially inside the fixing belt and radially outside the heating member. Radiant heat radiated from the heat source directly reaches the fixing belt, the heating member, and the pressing member.
