摘要: A vibration pickup sensor 2, which captures vibration information generated from a winding apparatus, is affixed to a winding apparatus 1. This vibration information is sent to a center station 5 via a LAN 4, and stored therewithin. A host computer 8 outputs a yarn-switching command when the amount of yarn wound on the winding apparatus reaches a prescribed amount. Then, after the winding spindle of the winding apparatus 1 reaches stable rotation after a given amount of time, the center station 5 stores the above-noted vibration information from the vibration pickup sensor 2 into a storage apparatus 6 in a pre-established format. The winding apparatus is configured so as to output this stored information as appropriate to printer 7, display apparatus 10 of the like. This not only enables a maintenance system, which provides a grasp of the current operating condition of the winding apparatus, but also enables both easy detection of an abnormality occurring in a short period of time during spindle operation, and easy provision of abnormality location data in the case of an occurrence of an abnormality in a short period of time.

摘要: The present invention relates to a yarn winding apparatus wherein a yarn is wound on a bobbin tube at a constant wind ratio. According to the present invention, the rotational speed of a winding spindle is electrically controlled in accordance with yarn tension and the rotational speed of a traverse element driving shaft is electrically controlled relative to the rotational speed of the winding spindle in such a manner that the wind ratio is kept constant.

摘要: A high speed yarn feeding apparatus for feeding yarn from a yarn supply source to a yarn take-up apparatus is disclosed which is capable of being threaded by conventionally employed suction nozzles. The yarn feeding apparatus employs at least one stepped godet roller having a small diameter portion on which the travelling yarn is initially threaded. A yarn hooking means is provided on the peripheral surface of the stepped side of the large diameter portion of the stepped roller. Means is provided upstream of the stepped roller for shifting the travelling yarn from a position aligned with the small diameter portion to a position aligned with the large diameter portion of the stepped roller. The yarn hooking means can take various conformations and more than one hooking means can be provided on a single stepped godet roller. At least portions of the surface of the small diameter portion of the stepped roller can be configured to lower the frictional forces active on the yarn when in contact with that portion of the surface. The yarn feeding apparatus of the present design can be employed with non-stepped rollers or with a plurality of stepped rollers in either drawing or non-drawing operations. The particular advantages of the yarn feeding apparatus becomes significant where the peripheral speed of the large diameter portion of the stepped roller is equal to or greater than 3,500 m/min. and is particularly successful at speeds of 6,000 m/min. or more.

摘要: A video-audio recording and reproducing apparatus (101) has a built-in stereo microphone (21a, 21b) and an external microphone connection terminal (32). The external microphone connection terminal (32) is connected to a binaural microphone (3) to be attached to the ears of a photographer (300). When the binaural microphone (3) is used to collect ambient sounds, an audio signal to be recorded on a recording medium is switched from an audio signal from the built-in stereo microphone (21a, 21b) to a binaural audio signal from the binaural microphone (3). The photographer (300) puts the binaural microphone (3 (31a, 31b)) on his or her ears and collects ambient sounds around the photographer (300) including a sound emanating from an object. The object is photographed with a camera unit (11). The recording medium records the binaural audio signal, a photographed video signal, and a binaural flag signal.
