The fibre-like product is directed from the coating line to a feed unit in a preparatory position at the side. When the coating process of a previous product has terminated, the feed unit is shifted to the coating line and the fibre-like product is fed into the press head and is accelerated to the speed of the tube by means of the feed unit. The feed unit is detached from the fibre-like product, when measurement parameters associated with the fibre-like product and/or the tube reach the predetermined values and is shifted back to the preparatory position at the side of the coating line.

A device for winding a thread onto a spool body is comprised of a main thread traversing guide having a stroke a and a compensating thread traversing guide with a stroke a/2. The thread is guided from a thread feeding device via a stationary deflecting guide roller, a third deflecting guide roller which corresponds to the compensating thread traversing guide, and a second deflecting guide roller which is connected to the main thread traversing guide. The threading device is comprised of a device for clamping the thread to one end of the spool body, a thread guide plate, the curved upper edge of which serves to transport the thread past the stationary deflecting guide roller onto a thread guide edge and to a thread catch. The thread is threaded into the second deflecting guide roller by a first follower connected to the main thread traversing guide. With a second follower connected to the main thread traversing guide the thread is removed from the thread catch during the return stroke and is threaded into the stationary guide roller. A thread loop is conveyed with the second follower past the third deflecting guide roller corresponding to the compensating thread traversing guide and after a further return stroke is threaded into this third deflecting guide roller by a third follower.

The present invention is concerned with threading-in textile materials, such as a yarn, a roving or similar textile or filamentary material, into an enclosed duct or the like. The threading-in of the textile material is accomplished by manually operating a manual apparatus which functions as a pump. In this way there can be avoided the use of expensive and complicated devices presently provided for threading-in textile materials as is known. The invention is astonishingly simple, the manual apparatus is easy and convenient to use, readily transportable and its cost is exceedingly modest.

A device for wrapping yarn around nelson rollers, or a pair of rollers with their axes arranged side by side but spaced apart wider at their free ends than at the supported ends and rotating together. A guide is located above and on a plane extended from a point of the pair of rollers which is a given distance inward from the free ends, and the guide is adapted to revolve around the both rollers thereby to pass the yarn in a desired number of wraps therearound, and, after having wrapped the yarn in this manner, the guide is kept out of direct contact with the running yarn. The wrapping guide is either hinged turnably on a spindle adapted to revolve around the pair of rollers or split into two, a lower half being fixed to the spindle whereas an upper half is detachably secured to the lower one. The spindle is equipped with a weight to allow the wrapping guide to take the same direction during its circular motion around the nelson rollers caused by a rotating member. A stopper is provided which stops the rotating member after the wrapping of the yarn around the rollers.
