摘要: An electronic component includes an electrochemical element, an electrolyte and an outer housing. The electrochemical element includes leading terminals, an anode, a cathode, a separator, and an insulating member. Respective first ends of the leading terminals are connected to the anode and the cathode. The separator is provided between the anode and the cathode. The insulating member is provided in at least one of the separator, the anode and the cathode. The electrochemical element, impregnated with the electrolyte, has a first end face formed by laminating the anode, the separator and the cathode in sequence, and second ends of the leading terminals are led out of the first end face. The outer housing accommodates the electrochemical element and the electrolyte. The insulating member covers the separator in positions corresponding to the first ends of the leading terminals. An end of the insulating member protrudes from the first end face.

摘要: An electrolytic solution for an electrolytic capacitor includes an organic solvent, an additive dissolved in the organic solvent, and an electrolyte. The additive is made of at least one of borates represented by one of formula (1), formula (2), and formula (3). The electrolyte is phthalic acid 1,2,3,4-tetramethylimidazolynium. Here the terminal is CH3 or H, each of R1, R2, and R3 is one of —CH2O—, —C2H4O—, —C3H6O—, and —C4H8O—, and each of k, l, m, and n is any natural number.

摘要: The present invention has its object to provide an electrolyte anion which is high in decomposition temperature, in order to inhibit the electrolyte anion in the electrolyte solution for electrolytic capacitors from undergoing decarboxylation in the lead-free solder reflowing step to thereby prevent valve opening.The present invention uses an electrolyte solution comprising, as an electrolyte, the salt (A) composed of ammonium cation (a) and a polybasic carboxylic acid (b) anion, wherein the proton part charge of each carboxyl group in the polybasic carboxylic acid (b) as calculated by the quantum mechanics calculation software CAChe-based AM1 method is not higher than 0.243. Preferred is the polybasic carboxylic acid (b) represented by the general formula (1): wherein R1 to R4 may be the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, a functional group or a hydrocarbon group containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms, which may optionally contain a functional group, provided that at least one of R1 to R4 is an electron-donating group.

摘要: An aluminum electrolytic capacitor produced by winding an anode foil 11 and a cathode foil 12 via a separator 13 impregnated with a driving electrolyte solution 14, wherein the driving electrolyte solution 14 comprises a polar solvent, at least one electrolyte selected from inorganic acids, organic acids, inorganic acid salts, and organic acid salts, and a random copolymer of polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene having a hydroxy group at one end and a hydrogen group at the other end and the separator 13 is formed by overlaying a cellulosic fiber-mixed paper, a cellulosic fiber paper, and a cotton linter. The present invention provides a long-lasting driving electrolyte solution higher in electric conductivity and superior in the chemical self-restoring ability and heat resistance at high temperature, and an aluminum electrolytic capacitor using the same.
