The numerical control system includes a serial data transmitting and receiving section to which external signals are applied, an arithmetic section for performing numerical calculations on data received from the serial data transmitting and receiving section, a memory section for storing data received from the serial data transmitting and receiving section, results of claculations from the arithmetic section and programs, an output section for outputting results of calculations from the arithmetic section and the contents of the memory section as instruction signals to a machine tool, a control section for controlling the serial data transmitting and receiving section, the arithmetic section, the memory section and the output section, and a general purpose operating panel having a general purpose full keyboard and a general purpose display unit. The operating panel is freely connectable to and disconnectable from the serial data transmitting and receiving section.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a transfer incorporating a wet brake which, for example, enables a gear shaft for a second gear and a sun gear to be supported by two bearings without inconveniences such as an increase in the axial dimension of the transfer. Accordingly, a brake hub (36) and a second gear shaft (22) are rotatably supported by a bearing (42) and a bearing (43), the bearing (42) interposed between a projection (11D-1) of a support member (11D) disposed on the inner side of a recess (36a) of the brake hub and the inner peripheral surface of the recess, the bearing (43) interposed between a support member (11E) surrounding a top end portion of the brake hub and the top end portion of the brake hub. The transfer further comprises a disc pressing pin (50) inserted through a hole (11D-4) in the support member, a pressing plate (51) disposed on the outer side of the support member, and plate pressing means. The plate pressing means presses the pressing plate, the pressing plate presses the disc pressing pin, and the disc pressing pin presses a press brake disc (35C).

    摘要: A numerically controlled machine tool performs machining by rotating a rotational tool attached to a tool holder mounted on a spindle, with keys fitted into key grooves in the tool holder. The numerically controlled machine tool includes predetermined-amount rotating unit for stopping the tool holder at a predetermined rotational position and then rotating the tool holder by a given amount, and a distance sensor which is installed apart from the tool holder and measures a distance to the outer surface of the tool holder. The predetermined-amount rotating unit stops the tool holder at a rotational position at which the key grooves do not face the distance sensor, then rotates the tool holder by the given amount. The distance sensor measures the distance to the tool holder while the tool holder is rotating. The measurement result is compared with a reference distance or distances to discriminate between normal and abnormal rotational run-out of the tool holder.
