    摘要: An electrical switch is proposed which in addition to its mechanical functional parts and the electrical contact parts influenced by said mechanical functional parts consists of a housing and a first actuating element which is rotatably mounted therein and which can be moved into several switching positions and a second actuating element which is likewise rotatably mounted on the housing and can be moved into several switch settings. For the purpose of developing further an electrical switch, which comprises two rotatably adjustable actuating elements, in such a manner that, whilst maintaining a convenient and inexpensive process of assembling the individual functional parts, the blocking body merely produces slight forces which are effective only in the radial direction, a first and a second functional projection are formed as one on the first actuating element and the first functional projection can be moved to become operationally connected to a driver cam formed as one on the second actuating element and a blocking body which is subjected to the spring action and can be deflected in a radial manner can be brought into operational connection with at least one of the blocking cams formed as one on the second actuating element, wherein the blocking body performs a radially deflected movement by virtue of the second functional projection, so that the adjusting possibilities of the second actuating element are either blocked or released.

    摘要: A switch assembly for controlling the positioning of motor vehicle seat segments is suggested. THe switch assembly includes switching mechanisms in the form of pre-assembled switch modules which are capable of functioning independently. This creates a switch assembly where the number of different working parts is kept to a minimum. The working parts can be used for movement of the horizontal seat cushion, seat back, and headrest, equally well for both the left and the right vehicle seats. The switch modules are mounted on a printed circuit board which is fitted into a housing. Each printed circuit board is so designed that the switch modules can be inserted from either side. The switch modules each have at least two switch contact systems and are provided with symmetrical connecting means which allow mirror-image arrangement of the switch modules on one or the other side of the printed circuit board.

    摘要: A control device for an electrical switch is suggested, which is composed, among other things, of an actuation element (1) as well as at least one latching pin (3) that is under the effect of a compression spring (2) and a system having at least one latching track (4) interacting with the latching pin (3). In the latching track (4), at least one molded pathway (7) lying inclined to the actuation directions is present, which upon a displacement of the latching pin (3) in one of the actuation directions necessarily produces a simultaneous displacement of the latching pin (3) in the other actuation direction. The control device designed in such a way serves the purpose of realizing the functions of both angular and axial displacement and in addition, of insuring that the electrical switch can only be brought into permissible switching positions by movement of the actuation element (1).

    摘要: A steering column module includes a lever, first and second printed circuit boards, and an electronics unit. The lever has a base next to a steering column and a head away from the column. The lever base includes a primary control which actuates upon the lever being pivoted. The lever head includes a secondary control which actuates upon being manipulated. The first PCB is situated in the lever base and includes a primary switch which cooperates with the primary control to activate a switching function in response to the primary control being actuated. The second PCB is situated in the lever head and includes a secondary switch which cooperates with the secondary control to activate a switching function in response to the secondary control being actuated. The electronics unit is electrically connected to the switches by a wiring harness having plug-in connectors for respectively electrically contacting the switches.

    摘要: A switching device having a housing, an indexing bolt, a spring, and guiding ribs. The bolt is mounted in a longitudinal direction in a guide channel of the housing to move axially through the guide channel. The bolt has a tip at a front end. The spring is connected between the housing and a rear end of the bolt to axially bias the bolt tip against a switch plate. The ribs are distributed along the periphery of the front end of the bolt. The ribs radially project outward from the bolt to abut the surface of the guide channel such that the ribs are radially biased against the surface of the guide channel. The ribs are distributed along the periphery of the front end of the bolt in the longitudinal direction. The ribs guide the front end of the bolt as the bolt moves axially through the guide channel.

    摘要: A switch assembly includes a housing having a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis. The housing has a pair of spaced apart longitudinally extending walls each having a control curve. An actuating element is mounted to the housing. The actuating element is longitudinally movable along the longitudinal axis between two switching positions and is pivotable about the transverse axis between two other switching positions. A first switching piece is coupled to the actuating element to pivot as the actuating element pivots. A first pair of movable electrical switching contacts is associated with the first switching piece. The first switching piece moves one of the first pair of switching contacts as the actuating element pivots. A second switching piece is coupled to the actuating element to pivot as the actuating element longitudinally moves. A second pair of movable electrical contacts is associated with the second switching piece. The second switching piece moves one of the second pair of switching contacts as the actuating element longitudinally moves. A control device extends transversely across the housing. The control device has two spring loaded pressure pieces which each engage one of the control curves of the two walls to be biased to move the actuating element from a switching position to return to an initial position.
