    摘要: An induction motor includes a stator having a winding to be inserted to a plurality of stator slots formed along an inner circumferential edge of a stator iron core; and a rotor placed inside of the stator via a gap, the rotor includes a plurality of double squirrel-cage rotor slots formed along an outer circumferential edge of the rotor iron core and filled with conductive material and at least three air hole parts provided around a rotating shaft hole of the rotor iron core to which the rotating shaft is fitted and having an opening which is open to the rotating shaft hole; and an inner diameter part of the end ring which short circuits both edges of the conductive material filled to the double squirrel-cage rotor slot is placed to be adjacent to the air hole part in at least the end ring of one side.

    摘要: To provide an indication motor rotor capable of improving motor performance by concentrating portions under magnetic saturation conditions of rotor teeth. The rotor of an induction motor of this invention may include slots formed approximately in the shape of a T. The slots may be formed so that top slots are arranged on an outer peripheral portion of a rotor core, and bottom slots are arranged on an inner side of the top slots. The width in the circumferential direction of the top slot is wider than the width in the circumferential direction of the bottom slot, and the width in the circumferential direction of a rotor tooth between adjacent top slots is narrower than the width in the circumferential direction of the rotor tooth between adjacent bottom slots.

    摘要: To provide an indication motor rotor capable of improving motor performance by concentrating portions under magnetic saturation conditions of rotor teeth. The rotor 1 of an induction motor of this invention may include slots 3 formed approximately in the shape of a T.     摘要: Provided is an interior permanent magnet motor, including: a plurality of permanent magnets respectively inserted into a plurality of magnet accommodating holes formed in a rotator core of a rotator. In the magnet accommodating hole, a pair of minute projecting portions, a pair of large projecting portions, and a pair of demagnetizing field recesses are formed. The permanent magnet is sandwiched by a corresponding pair of minute projecting portions. The minute projecting portion is protruded radially inward to be in surface-contact with a corresponding end surface of the permanent magnet. The large projecting portion is formed on an outer side of the minute projecting portion, and is extended to an inner defining line side of the magnet accommodating hole. A height dimension (Ta) of the large projecting portion is larger than a height dimension (Tb) of the minute projecting portion.
