    摘要: To provide an indication motor rotor capable of improving motor performance by concentrating portions under magnetic saturation conditions of rotor teeth. The rotor 1 of an induction motor of this invention may include slots 3 formed approximately in the shape of a T. The slots 3 may be formed so that top slots 3a are arranged on an outer peripheral portion of a rotor core 1a, and bottom slots 3b are arranged on an inner side of the top slots 3a. The width in the circumferential direction of the top slot 3a is wider than the width in the circumferential direction of the bottom slot 3b, and the width in the circumferential direction of a rotor tooth 4 between adjacent top slots 3a is narrower than the width in the circumferential direction of the rotor tooth 4 between adjacent bottom slots 3b.

    摘要: A motor for a compressor comprises: a stator including a plurality of slots each having a slot opening, teeth formed between neighboring slots; and a rotor arranged at an inner side of the stator, a number of permanent magnet holes, the number of which is same as a number of magnetic poles, and permanent magnets. The rotor includes at least a first pair of slits, provided at an outer peripheral core part of the permanent magnet inserting hole, extending orthogonally to the inserting hole, arranged symmetrically with respect to a magnetic pole center, and a distance between the first pair of slits is smaller than a width of the teeth; and a second pair of slits, arranged at an outer inter-pole side of the first pair of slits, provided at a position where the tooth and the magnetic pole center of the rotor match, and facing the slot openings.

    摘要: The conventional slit is symmetrically aligned with respect to the q-axis that is a direction where the magnetic flux is difficult to flow. Because of this, the generated magnetic flux must jump over the slit, whereas its jumping over position being dependent on the rotation of the rotor. This hinders a flow of the magnetic flux. This has caused problems such as making the efficiency worse and increasing the losses. Therefore, at least one pair of slits is constructed on the rotor, which forms the salient pole so as to obtain the d-axis (where the magnetic flux is easy to flow) and the q-axis (where the magnetic flux is difficult to flow). A low magnetic resistance parts having a small magnetic resistance are formed at these slits that are asymmetrically aligned with respect to the q-axis.

A first permanent magnet that is magnetically oriented such that a direction of magnetization is radially inward is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of a core back of the first stator core, and an outer peripheral surface of the first permanent magnet and the outer peripheral surface of the core back of the second stator core are linked by a frame that is made of a magnetic material.

A stator 30 includes a stator core 1 that includes magnetic pole teeth 2 each formed between adjacent slots 3, and stator windings 4 that are provided in the slots 3 of the stator core 1. A rotor 40 includes a rotor core 5, a plurality of magnet retaining holes 8, permanent magnets 7 inserted in the magnet retaining holes 8, and a plurality of slits 6 in the rotor core 5 on an outer circumferential side of the magnet retaining holes 8. Among the slits 6, slits 6 in a vicinity of a magnetic pole center of the rotor core 5 are oriented in a direction where a magnetic flux generated by a permanent magnet 7 converges outside the rotor core 5, whereas slits 6 in a vicinity of a pole border portion of the rotor core 5 are oriented in another direction that is different from the direction of the plurality of slits 6 in the vicinity of the magnetic pole center of the rotor core 5.
