Abstract:
A device for closing a filled container with a screw cap, for example, for closing support ring-less bottles with a screw cap, is described. The device includes a neck guide with at least one torsion protection element for accommodation of a neck section of the filled container in a torsion-protected manner during the closing with the screw cap, and a discharge element for discharging the closed container from the neck guide. The neck guide and the discharge element are displaceable relative to each other.
Abstract:
A clamping device for holding a container in a container treatment device, for example for holding a beverage container at a neck portion, comprising two clamping arms with a holding portion for holding the container to be held, and a control cam which is pivotable about a control cam pivot axis, wherein the clamping arms and the control cam are coupled via a coupling mechanism so that a pivoting of the control cam about its control cam pivot axis causes a pivoting of the clamping arms relative to one another, and the coupling mechanism comprises at least one pair of a slotted groove and a control bolt guided in the slotted groove for transmitting movements of the control cam to the clamping arms.
Abstract:
A system and method for filling liquid products into bottles are described. The system comprises a machine block with a blow-molding machine for providing a flow of bottles, with a labeler for labeling the flow of bottles, with a first and second transport stretch, each comprising a filler for filling the bottles, and with a distribution unit dividing the labeled flow of bottles to the transport stretches when the transport is fully populated at all circulating labeling positions of the labeler and all circulating filling positions of the fillers. The filling system comprises outflow conveyors downstream of the fillers, with a combining device for combining the transport stretches to form a common outflow for the flow of bottles, thereby reducing the transport speed during filling and subsequent handling of the bottles, as well as problems due to the product in the bottles spilling over during the closure process.
Abstract:
A clamping device including a control cam and a control cam for controlling the position of clamping arms which are pivotable relative to one another, each with a holding portion in a clamping device, including a shaft portion for pivotable mounting of the control cam about a control cam pivot axis in a hub portion of a carrier plate of the clamping device, and at least one coupling element for coupling the control cam to a clamping arm of the clamping device, wherein the control cam is pivotable about the control cam pivot axis between a predefined open position and a predefined closed position, and the at least one coupling element is configured in the form of a slotted groove for receiving a control bolt arranged on a clamping arm, or in the form of a control bolt for penetration into a slotted groove arranged on a control arm.

Abstract:
A holding device for holding a container, for example for holding a container in a transport device of a beverage filling plant is described. The holding device includes a fastening part and two gripping arms, which are pivotably connected to the fastening part and can be brought into a closed position in order to hold the container and can be brought into an open position in order to insert and remove the container. A preloaded elastic bow is disposed between the gripping arms, and the elastic bow can be brought into a first position, in which the gripping arms are in the open position, and into a second position, in which the gripping arms are in the closed position. The preload of the elastic bow in the first position holds the gripping arms in the open position and the preload of the elastic bow in the second position holds the gripping arms in the closed position.

Abstract:
An active clamping device for holding a container in a container treatment device, for example for holding a beverage container by a neck section, includes two clamping arms and a pre-tensioning element. Each clamping arm has a holding section for holding the container that is to be held, and a control section for interacting with a control cam to actively displace each holding section. The pre-tensioning element pre-tensions the holding sections in a predetermined position. The clamping arms and the pre-tensioning element are formed as a single piece. A clamping arm and a container treatment device are also provided.
Abstract:
Device and a corresponding method for orienting containers having a noncircular cross-section, in particular bottles, which are transported along a transport path by way of neck handling, the device including at least one rotary device arranged along the transport path, the rotary device being stationary and including one or more stationary resilient rotary elements which are suitable for orienting a container in a specified direction.
Abstract:
An apparatus for guiding containers conveyed by a star wheel in a star wheel conveyor, for example for guiding beverage containers in a star wheel conveyor in a beverage filling plant, includes at least two adjustment parts arranged spaced apart from one another in a circumferential direction relative to a central axis, each displaceable in the radial direction relative to the central axis, and a control segment displaceable in the circumferential direction, which is coupled to the adjustment parts such that displacement of the control segment in the circumferential direction causes a displacement of the adjustment parts in the radial direction, wherein a guide rail segment is arranged at the radially inner end of each adjustment part, and wherein the guide rail segments together form a segmented guide rail for providing an outer guide track for the containers to be conveyed.
