摘要: An integrated device includes a rack (1) which holds three layers of conveying channels from top to bottom: a detection conveying channel (4), a loading conveying channel (3), and a discharge conveying channel (2). The detection conveying channel (4) matches with a detection device (6). One end of the detection conveying channel (4) is provided with a screening opening (7) equipped with a transfer device (8) configured to transfer a case (5) from the screening opening (7) to the loading conveying channel (3). A loading opening is provided in the middle of the loading conveying channel (3), which docks with a loading device (10) provided on the discharge conveying channel (2). The loading conveying channel (3) is positioned on both sides of the loading opening and transports a packaging box (9) and the case (5) to the loading opening.

The discharge station meters the loaded cartons or packages for discharge from the packaging machine.

摘要: An apparatus for filling capsules comprises a conveyor wheel, on the circumference of which a plurality of capsule holders is provided a conveyor wheel drive that alternately passes through stopping times and movement times, so that the capsule holders move along the conveying path in cycles, and a plurality of process stations disposed along the conveying path. The process stations comprise at least one supply station for supplying capsules to be filled to the conveyor wheel, at least one opening station for opening the capsules by separating the upper and lower capsule parts, at least one filling station for filling the lower capsule parts, at least one closing station for closing the filled capsules by connecting the upper and lower capsule parts, and at least one discharge station for discharging the filled capsules. A method for filling capsules is also described.

摘要: A PTP sheet for pharmaceutical packaging has a first sheet in which pockets each capable of housing a solid pharmaceutical are projected to the side of a first surface which is one of a back surface and a front surface and a second sheet which is pasted to a second surface opposite to the first surface in the first sheet and covers an opening of the pocket. The second sheet has a first region having mesh-shaped grooves having a first depth in a third surface opposite to the surface to be pasted to the second surface and a second region having mesh-shaped grooves having a second depth smaller than the first depth or not having a groove.

摘要: A bale bagging apparatus and method are provided. The bale bagging apparatus includes a bale feeding station, a bale chute, a bale bagging station, and a transportation system that transports a bale to be bagged from the bale feeding station through the bale chute and into the bale bagging station. The bale bagging station includes a bag receptacle, a first opening, and a bag retrieval assembly. The bag receptacle is positioned on a side opposite of the first opening from the side of the first opening on which the bale to be bagged is to be transported. The bag retrieval assembly retrieves a bag from the bag receptacle through the first opening. The bag retrieval assembly positions a first end of said bag around at least a portion of the bale chute before the bale to be bagged is transported through the bale chute by the transportation system.

摘要: The invention relates to a jam detecting device (10) for detecting defective packages in a filling machine. The jam detecting device (10) comprises a movable element 5 (12), and a sensor (13) connected to the movable element (12). The jam detecting device (10) is adapted to be positioned in the filling machine such that any defective package will mechanically raise the movable element (12) when passing the same and thereby trigger the sensor (13). The invention also relates to a method for detecting defective packages in a filling machine, and a folding unit (1) and a filling machine for producing packages (2) of pourable food products from sealed packs (3).

摘要: A thermo-forming packaging machine having a transport device that is configured to convey a lower film in a film transport surface along a transport direction from a forming station for forming troughs in the lower film via an inserting track for filling the troughs with products to a sealing station for sealing the troughs with an upper film and further to a cutting station for separating the sealed troughs. The film transport surface may include an area that ascends along the transport direction, either between the forming station and the sealing station or following the sealing station. The ascending areas may be followed in the transport direction by an even area. As a result, one of a product feeding device for feeding of products or a packaging discharge device for leading away packages may be positioned particularly close to the lower film.
