    Abstract: A touch electrode line is divided in the active area in a structure in which touch routing lines are coupled to both sides of the touch electrode line, so that resistance and parasitic capacitance may be reduced due to the touch electrode line and the touch routing line. In addition, a dummy pattern is disposed between the divided touch electrode lines, so that it is possible to easily implement an arrangement structure of the touch electrode line with improved touch sensing performance by preventing a short circuit defect between the divided touch electrode lines due to static electricity.

    Abstract: A light emitting display device with an integrated touch screen includes: a substrate which includes a display area in which a plurality of display pixels is disposed and a non-display area around the display area; a light emitting diode in the display area; an encapsulation unit which covers the display area and the non-display area; a touch electrode line on the encapsulation unit; a touch routing line which is disposed in the non-display area and is connected to the touch electrode line; a plurality of blocking structures which is disposed in the non-display area and is configured to enclose the display area; and a step compensation layer disposed between the encapsulation unit and the touch routing line; wherein the step compensation layer reduces a step caused by the plurality of blocking structures to reduce irregularities of a surface of the encapsulation unit.

    Abstract: An electroluminescent display is disclosed. The electroluminescent display includes an electroluminescent element disposed in a display area of a substrate, an encapsulation unit disposed on the electroluminescent element, a first mesh electrode layer disposed on the encapsulation unit, an insulating layer covering the first mesh electrode layer, and a second mesh electrode layer disposed on the insulating layer. The first mesh electrode layer includes a first mesh electrode and a second mesh electrode separated from the first mesh electrode. The second mesh electrode layer includes a third mesh electrode extended in a first direction and a fourth mesh electrode extended in a second direction intersecting the first direction through the first mesh electrode intersecting the third mesh electrode.

    Abstract: Discussed is a touch screen panel including: a substrate; a first line electrode in a mesh pattern on the substrate; a plurality of first segment electrodes disposed on the first line electrode; a second line electrode in a mesh pattern on the substrate, and disconnected in an intersection area where the second line electrode is to intersect the first line electrode; a plurality of second segment electrodes disposed on the second line electrode; and a plurality of connection electrodes that connect the disconnected second line electrode in the intersection area, wherein the first and second line electrodes reduce resistance, and the first and second segment electrodes increase effective capacitance for sensing a touch to thereby reduce an RC-delay in the touch screen panel.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to a touch display device, as disposing a plurality of touch pads located on a plurality of lines alternatively and making a metal other than the touch pad not to expose to outside, the number of the touch pads being capable of disposing on a pad area can be increased and a reliability of the touch pad can be maintained. Furthermore, as disposing pad lines, electrically connected to the touch pad and located adjacently, on different layers, a short between adjacent pad lines can be prevented and a space between the touch pads can be reduced or minimized, a disposition structure of the touch pad can be implemented easily according to increasing the number of channels in a large size of the touch display device.
