Abstract: A light emitting display device with an integrated touch screen includes: a substrate which includes a display area in which a plurality of display pixels is disposed and a non-display area around the display area; a light emitting diode in the display area; an encapsulation unit which covers the display area and the non-display area; a touch electrode line on the encapsulation unit; a touch routing line which is disposed in the non-display area and is connected to the touch electrode line; a plurality of blocking structures which is disposed in the non-display area and is configured to enclose the display area; and a step compensation layer disposed between the encapsulation unit and the touch routing line; wherein the step compensation layer reduces a step caused by the plurality of blocking structures to reduce irregularities of a surface of the encapsulation unit.

Abstract: Discussed is a display device including a substrate having a display area and a non-display area in the display area, light-emitting elements disposed in the display area, an encapsulation unit covering the light-emitting elements, a plurality of touch-sensing electrodes on the encapsulation unit in the display area and extending in a first direction, and a plurality of touch-driving electrodes on the encapsulation unit in the display area and extending in a second direction different from the first direction, in which the plurality of touch-sensing electrodes include a plurality of sub-touch-sensing electrodes spaced apart from each other, and in which at least one sub-touch-sensing electrode, which is adjacent to the non-display area among the plurality of sub-touch-sensing electrodes, is configured as a first variant electrode having a shape different from a shape of a remaining sub-touch-sensing electrode except for the at least one sub-touch-sensing electrode among the plurality of sub-touch-sensing electrodes.

Abstract: A touch display device can include at least one transistor on a substrate; an organic light-emitting diode on the at least one transistor; an encapsulation layer on the organic light-emitting diode; a touch buffer on the encapsulation layer; touch electrodes comprising at least one X-touch electrode and at least one Y-touch electrode on the touch buffer; a touch sensing circuit electrically connected with the touch electrodes; a black matrix on the touch electrodes; and color filters on the black matrix. Also, the touch display device can include at least one dummy metal disposed adjacent the at least one X-touch electrode and disconnected from the at least one X-touch electrode; in which each of the at least one X-touch electrode and the at least one Y-touch electrode has a body portion and a plurality of wing portions connected to the body portion.

The first mesh electrode layer includes a first mesh electrode and a second mesh electrode separated from the first mesh electrode. The second mesh electrode layer includes a third mesh electrode extended in a first direction and a fourth mesh electrode extended in a second direction intersecting the first direction through the first mesh electrode intersecting the third mesh electrode.

Abstract: A touch electrode line is divided in the active area in a structure in which touch routing lines are coupled to both sides of the touch electrode line, so that resistance and parasitic capacitance may be reduced due to the touch electrode line and the touch routing line. In addition, a dummy pattern is disposed between the divided touch electrode lines, so that it is possible to easily implement an arrangement structure of the touch electrode line with improved touch sensing performance by preventing a short circuit defect between the divided touch electrode lines due to static electricity.

Abstract: Discussed is a foldable device including a first flexible substrate, a touch unit under the first flexible substrate, a second flexible substrate facing the first flexible substrate, a light-emitting element unit on the second flexible substrate, and an adhesive layer for attaching the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate together. The touch unit includes a first touch wiring layer under the first flexible substrate, a first insulating layer covering the first touch wiring layer and the first flexible substrate, a second touch wiring layer under the first insulating layer, and a second insulating layer covering the second touch wiring layer and the first insulating layer. The second insulating layer includes an opening for exposing a part of an edge of the first insulating layer to the adhesive layer.

Abstract: A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is described. The display device includes a see-through area for camera and a routing area disposed around the see-through area for camera. A camera module is disposed in the see-through area for camera. The routing area is overlapped by at least one data line and scan line. The display device includes a pixel area which includes the see-through area for camera and the routing area. The pixel area includes a plurality of sub-pixels including an organic light emitting element and a cathode.
