Abstract: A light emitting display device with an integrated touch screen includes: a substrate which includes a display area in which a plurality of display pixels is disposed and a non-display area around the display area; a light emitting diode in the display area; an encapsulation unit which covers the display area and the non-display area; a touch electrode line on the encapsulation unit; a touch routing line which is disposed in the non-display area and is connected to the touch electrode line; a plurality of blocking structures which is disposed in the non-display area and is configured to enclose the display area; and a step compensation layer disposed between the encapsulation unit and the touch routing line; wherein the step compensation layer reduces a step caused by the plurality of blocking structures to reduce irregularities of a surface of the encapsulation unit.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device includes an anti-peeling pattern. An organic light-emitting element including a pixel electrode, an organic light-emitting layer, and a common electrode is disposed on a substrate. A bank layer is disposed on the pixel electrode so as to expose at least a portion of the pixel electrode. The anti-peeling pattern having at least one delta-shaped space is disposed on the bank layer. The anti-peeling pattern, disposed on the bank layer, minimizes peeling of the encapsulation layer that can be caused by either compressive or tensile stress generated by bending in a flexing environment in which the organic light-emitting display device is used.

Abstract: A touch display device includes a touch planarization film. The touch planarization film may be disposed on an inclined portion of an encapsulation layer in a non-active area of a display panel, and a touch routing line may be disposed on the planarized area of the touch planarization film, so that it is possible to reduce parasitic capacitance between the touch routing line and a display signal line located under the encapsulation layer without increasing dimensions of the non-active area. Therefore, it is possible to easily adjust a width of the touch routing line and reduce the parasitic capacitance deviation between the touch routing lines, thereby improving the performance of the touch sensing.
