    Abstract: A display device according to an example embodiment of the present disclosure includes a touch pattern layer having a plurality of stretching patterns; and a touch electrode layer disposed on the touch pattern layer and having a plurality of touch electrodes, wherein each of the plurality of stretching patterns includes a plurality of unit patterns, wherein each of the plurality of touch electrodes includes a plurality of unit electrodes, wherein each of the plurality of unit patterns includes a first sub-unit pattern overlapping each of the plurality of unit electrode electrodes, and a second sub-unit pattern disposed inside the first sub-unit. Accordingly, laser lift off (LLO) process efficiency for the touch panel can be increased.

    Abstract: In a touch display panel and a touch display device, a shielding pattern including the common electrode (COM) used as the touch electrode (TE) is disposed between a touch line (TL) and a data line (DL), and the touch line (TL) and the data line (DL) are arranged so as not to overlap each other in a boundary area between shielding patterns. The parasitic capacitance between the touch line (TL) and the data line (DL) can be reduced to improve the performance of touch sensing. In addition, the arrangement of the touch lines (TL) and data lines (DL) in the boundary area between shielding patterns is repeated at regular intervals to prevent an image abnormality.

    Abstract: A touch sensor integrated type display device can include a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines crossing over each other, a plurality of pixel electrodes respectively disposed in areas defined by the crossing of the gate and data lines; a plurality of touch/common electrodes configured to form an electronic field together with the plurality of pixel electrodes, each touch/common electrode corresponds to p number of pixel electrodes arranged in a row direction and q number of pixel electrodes arranged in a column direction, in which p and q are natural numbers equal to or greater than two, and a plurality of touch/common lines respectively connected to the plurality of touch/common electrodes, in which a gate line corresponding to pixel electrodes of a q-th row overlaps a touch/common electrode of a subsequent stage following a touch/common electrode corresponding to the pixel electrodes of the q-th row.
