    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device can include a low-level voltage line; a passivation layer that lies over the low-level voltage line; a planarization layer that lies over the passivation layer; an anode and an auxiliary electrode that lie on the planarization layer and the passivation layer, the auxiliary electrode is electrically connected to the low-level voltage line; a bank layer that lies over the anode, the planarization layer and the passivation layer and defines a light-emitting area; an organic emissive layer over the light-emitting area; and a cathode disposed on the organic light-emitting layer, in which the cathode is connected to a side of a protruding portion where the auxiliary electrode protrudes from the planarization layer.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing an organic light emitting display device can include providing a source electrode, a drain electrode and a signal pad on a substrate; providing a passivation layer on the source electrode, the drain electrode and the signal pad, providing a planarization layer on the passivation layer; providing a anode electrode connected with the source electrode or drain electrode, and providing an auxiliary electrode spaced apart from the anode electrode; providing a contact hole for exposing the signal pad by removing a predetermined portion of the passivation layer; providing a bank on one side and the other side of the anode electrode and one side and the other side of the auxiliary electrode; providing an organic emitting layer on the anode electrode; and providing a cathode electrode connected with the auxiliary electrode and provided on the organic emitting layer, in which the signal pad includes a lower signal pad, a central signal pad and an upper signal pad, and the central signal pad is surrounded by the lower signal pad, the upper signal pad and the passivation layer.

    Abstract: A transparent organic light emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the transparent organic light emitting display device are provided. The transparent organic light emitting display device comprises a plurality of sub pixel regions, each having a emissive area and a transmissive area, a thin film transistor disposed in the emissive area, and an organic light emitting element electrically connected to the thin film transistor. While the emissive area emits light to display image on the display device, the transmissive area allows the external light to be passed through the display device so that objects behind the display device can be viewed simultaneously with the displayed image.

    Abstract: A transparent display device is provided, which may reduce or minimize loss of light transmittance due to a touch sensor and a touch line, and may detect a defective touch sensor.     Abstract: A display device includes a substrate provided with a plurality of pixels, a circuit element layer provided on the substrate and provided with an auxiliary electrode, an insulating layer provided on the circuit element layer and provided with a plurality of connection electrodes spaced apart from one another and a first trench, a fence structure provided on the plurality of connection electrodes, an organic light emitting layer provided on the fence structure, and a second electrode arranged on the organic light emitting layer, wherein the plurality of connection electrodes are electrically connected with the auxiliary electrode, at least one of the plurality of connection electrodes is exposed from the first trench, and the second electrode is in contact with a connection electrode exposed from the first trench. Therefore, a luminance difference between an outer portion of a panel and a center portion of the panel may be reduced.
