Abstract: The present invention relates to a controller and a system comprising same. The controller according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an external device interface unit communicating with an image display device; a microphone; and a control unit. The control unit can: determine the angle and distance between the controller and image display device on the basis of a signal transmitted and received by means of the external device interface unit; if a voice input is received via the microphone, generate a compensation signal corresponding to a voice signal transmitted to the image display device; correct the compensation signal on the basis of the angle and distance between the controller and image display device; and process the voice input on the basis of the corrected compensation signal. Various other embodiments are possible.
