    Abstract: Provided are a method of reporting UE capability and a device supporting the method. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for reporting UE capability in a wireless communication system includes: receiving capability indexes related to the UE capability from a network; and transmitting at least one of the capability indexes and difference configuration of the UE capability compared to the at least one of the capability indexes to the network.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing sidelink transmission in an exceptional case in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives information on normal resource pools and exceptional resource pools on multiple carriers. The UE selects at least one normal resource pool among the normal resource pools on the multiple carriers, and performs the sidelink transmission by using the at least one normal resource pool. Upon detecting occurrence of the exceptional case, i.e. radio link failure (RLF), a handover, transition from an idle state to a connected state or change of dedicated sidelink resource pools within a cell, the UE selects at least one exceptional resource pool, which is mapped to the at least one normal resource pool, among the exceptional resource pools on the multiple carriers, and performs the sidelink transmission by using the at least one exceptional resource pool.

The method may comprise: a step of receiving, from a base station, a configuration indicating if data transmission through a certain radio bearer is permitted in an RRC_INACTIVE state; a step of entering the RRC_INACTIVE state; and a step of determining, based on the configuration, whether or not to suspend the certain radio bearer in the RRC_INACTIVE state.
