    Abstract: A mutual rotating scroll compressor is provided. The mutual rotating scroll compressor includes: a first frame fixed to a casing; a second frame provided with an interval between the first frame and the second frame, a compression space being provided between the first frame and the second frame; a first scroll rotatably supported by the first frame and coupled to a driving motor to rotate in the compression space; a second scroll engaged with the first scroll to rotate about the second frame, the second scroll and the first scroll forming a compression chamber in the compression space; and a bearing housing including a housing part, including a boss accommodation part to which the second scroll is rotatably coupled, and a hinge lug which extends from the housing part and is movably coupled to the second frame. In the bearing housing, a third center which is a center of the hinge lug in an axial direction is provided on a plane and is eccentric with respect to a second center which is a center of the boss accommodation part in an axial direction, and each of the second center and the third center is provided on a plane and are eccentric with respect to a first center of the first scroll in an axial direction.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor is provided that may have a first sealing portion defined between an inner surface of an orbiting wrap and an outer surface of a non-orbiting wrap facing the inner surface of the orbiting wrap in a radial direction, and a second sealing portion defined between an inner surface of the non-orbiting wrap and an outer surface of the orbiting wrap facing the inner surface of the non-orbiting wrap in the radial direction. Further, sealing surfaces where the wraps facing each other are in surface-contact with each other may be formed on at least one of the first sealing portion or the second sealing portion. This may enlarge a sealing area between side surfaces of the wraps facing each other to suppress or prevent leakage of refrigerant suctioned in a compression chamber, thereby improving indicated efficiency and volumetric efficiency.

    Abstract: An electric compressor is disclosed. An electric compressor includes an oil separating member to effectively separate oil mixed in a compressed refrigerant. The oil separating member includes a compression guide part and an exhaust guide part. The oil mixed in the compressed refrigerant is separated by colliding with the compression guide part and the exhaust guide part. The compression guide part and the exhaust guide part form a refrigerant exhaust passage. The exhaust passage may have a diversified shape, such as a zigzag shape or a maze shape. The oil mixed in the compressed refrigerant is separated by its own weight while flowing through the exhaust passage. Accordingly, oil separation efficiency of the electric compressor can be improved.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor is provided, in which a balancing space may be formed on a sub frame to accommodate at least one balance weight, and an oil discharge hole may be formed on a main frame, thereby suppressing, all from being introduced into or remaining in the balancing space to minimize agitation loss due to oil agitation in the balancing space, and forming a thrust surface of the main frame adjacent to an axial center of the drive shaft to suppress axial leakage at a central portion of the orbiting scroll, reducing a size of the main frame to reduce a total weight of the compressor, facilitating a centering operation of the sub frame, and suppressing an outer diameter of the sub frame from being increased, thereby accomplishing miniaturization of the scroll compressor.
