    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a scroll compressor and its lubricating oil supply system. The lubricating oil supply system includes: an oil passage P1 formed by a core hole extending longitudinally through the crankshaft; an oil pump, whose oil suction port is immersed in the lubricating oil in the oil pool, and the oil outlet is connected to the oil circuit P1; an oil passage P3 located in the gap between the upper end surface of the crankshaft and the lower surface of the orbiting scroll; an oil passage P4 formed by a longitudinal hole in the crankshaft, the longitudinal hole extending downwards from the upper end surface of the crankshaft; an oil passage P5 formed by a transverse hole in the crankshaft and a gap between the lower edge of the hub of the orbiting scroll and the upper surface of the upper counterweight, the transverse hole extending transversely from the outer peripheral surface of the upper end of the crankshaft to communicate with the longitudinal hole, the opening of the transverse hole on the outer peripheral surface of the upper end of the crankshaft is aligned with the gap between the lower edge of the hub and the upper surface of the upper counterweight; an oil passage P6 formed by the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the hub and the upright wall of the upper counterweight, and the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the hub and the inner peripheral surface of the center hole of the housing; and an oil passage P2 formed by an oil return pipe so that the lubricating oil circulates.

    摘要: An eccentric compensating torsional drive system for reducing the rotational eccentric conflict as between multiple eccentric rotational movement limits on the eccentric offset within the drive system, the system includes a motor, a first offset distance coupling, an offset floating bearing, a dynamic element that is driven in a first offset distance rotation by the motor, coupling, and offset floating bearing. Wherein the dynamic element is pivotally connected to a static element via a pivotal offset bearing assembly having a substantially matching offset to the first offset distance. Operationally, the offset bearing can have relative rotational movement to the coupling and dynamic element to lessen the dynamic conflict as between the first offset distance and the pivotal offset bearing assembly as the offset bearing acts as a floating variance in rotational offset via changing a radial position to the coupling and dynamic element.

    摘要: A scroll pump includes a frame, a stationary plate scroll, an orbiting plate scroll, a non-energized type of tip seal or seals, an eccentric drive mechanism assembled to and supported by the frame and to which the orbiting plate scroll is assembled so as to be drivable by the eccentric drive mechanism in an orbit about a longitudinal axis of the pump, and an axial compliance system including a flexure. The flexure is interposed between a bearing of the eccentric drive mechanism and a flexure-locating surface of the eccentric drive mechanism. The flexure allows the orbiting plate scroll to move away from the stationary plate scroll in the case of an assembly process which would otherwise result in the tip seal(s) being too forcefully engaged with the plate of the opposing plate scroll.

    摘要: A compressor is provided that may include a passage separator provided between an electric motor drive and a compression device to separate a refrigerant passage from an oil passage. The passage separator may include a first partition wall and a second partition wall. The first partition wall may be disposed between an inner circumferential surface of a casing and a discharge hole of the compression device, and the second partition wall may be disposed between the discharge hole and a balance weight. Accordingly, the refrigerant passage may be separated from the oil passage between the compression device and electric motor drive, thereby efficiently recovering oil to an oil storage space.

    摘要: The present invention provides a scroll pump comprising: a scroll mechanism having an orbiting scroll and a fixed scroll; a drive shaft having a concentric shaft portion and an eccentric shaft portion connected to the orbiting scroll. The shaft is arranged to be driven by a motor so that rotation of the shaft imparts an orbiting motion to the orbiting scroll relative to the fixed scroll for pumping fluid along a flow path from an inlet to an outlet of the scroll mechanism. An axial lip seal is located between the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll for resisting leakage of fluid from outside the scroll mechanism into the flow path.
