    Abstract: A method and a device for performing a random access procedure in a wireless communication system. A method of performing a random access procedure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include receiving, from a base station, first configuration information related to uplink (UL) transmission and second configuration information related to downlink (DL) transmission, wherein the first configuration information includes information regarding an initial UL bandwidth part (BWP) and the second configuration information includes information regarding an initial DL BWP; transmitting, to the base station, a first message for the random access procedure on the initial UL BWP; and receiving from the base station, a second message for the random access procedure on the initial DL BWP in response to the first message.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for performing uplink transmission and reception in a wireless communication system. The method by which a terminal performs an uplink transmission, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, comprises the steps of: receiving a first downlink transmission and a second downlink transmission from a base station; and transmitting, to the base station, first HARQ-ACK information associated with the first downlink transmission and second HARQ-ACK information associated with the second downlink transmission, which have been multiplexed on a PUCCH, wherein, on the basis of the first downlink transmission being a unicast SPS downlink transmission and the second downlink transmission being a multicast downlink transmission being scheduled by first DCI, a resource for the PUCCH may be based on information related to the unicast SPS downlink transmission.

    Abstract: A method and a device for performing uplink transmission or reception in a wireless communication system are disclosed.     Abstract: A method and apparatus for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback based on a communication range and location of devices is provided. A first device (e.g., receiving user equipment in sidelink) receives, from a second device (e.g., transmitting user equipment in sidelink, control information including 1) a communication range, and 2) a location of the second device. The first device determines whether to perform a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback based on whether a distance between a location of the first device for the control information and the location of the second device is smaller or equal to the communication range.
